We absolutely loved our time. The hotel was immaculate, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, always going above and beyond to assist us. The location was perfect, only a few minutes' walk to the Old Town. We highly recommend this hotel .

We were so impressed with the hotel staff’s helpfulness and the hotel standard - it’s a great place to stay and their guest relation, Sue has done a great job to navigate us around and showed us many tips of where to go and what to eat. Definitely recommended for any kind of travellers to Hoi An for a vacation.

I have stayed here only 1 night with my mom and got a room upgrade. The staff was nice and had great service. Best location and very convenient to walk to the old town.

We absolutely loved our stay at La Charm Hotel! The staff is so friendly and made us feel at home. The location is also excellent for super close access to all the shopping. Would absolutely recommend this Hotel to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Its a good hotel. Room was nice, super clean. The staff is also very nice, but sometimes almost too nice. During breakfast every morning 4 different staffmembers came to ask how everything went. What our plans were for the day. If we needed help booking stuff, explaining what we could do. It was a bit too much kinda felt like being *******. I prefer to just ask for help when I need it instead of being offered by every person of the staff 👍🏻

Molto buon hotel, bella camera, pulita, grande bagno. Ok piscina Ci sono una bicicletta da prendere in prestito per vedere la vecchia città di Hoi An, molto carino.

We spent 2 nights here, unfortunately it wasn't warm enough for us to use the pool longer and more often. They upgraded our room and didn't give us the room color I wanted. The rooms were not well isulated, we heard the argument from next door until 1.30am on the first night. The bathtub could not be used as there was no hot water. The breakfast was ok, only the coffee could be better than the filter coffee offered. It was about a 10 minute walk to the old town. The staff was very friendly and courteous at all times.

Il personale è stato molto gentile e mi ha fatto sentire davvero il benvenuto. Dopo aver lasciato i bagagli e aver visitato la città vecchia, ci ha parlato con un sorriso mentre ci guidava nella nostra camera per la notte. Quando ho detto loro che stavo andando a fare un tour mattutino alle rovine di My Son, mi hanno preparato un cestino per la colazione, il che è stato utile. La camera aveva un piccolo balcone e tre lati circondavano la piscina nel cortile e, sebbene si affacciasse sulla stanza dall'altro lato, era carino. Una direzione era chiara e potevo vedere chiaramente il paesaggio urbano. Penso che anche il letto fosse comodo. È a circa 10-15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Sembra che noleggiano anche biciclette. Lungo la strada c'è anche un minimarket aperto fino a tarda notte. Se avrò la possibilità di visitare di nuovo Hoi An, vorrei prendermi cura di te. Nice hotel with strategic location. The beach is just across the road, nearby has a lot of shops and restaurants. The hotel has its own pool, kid club, spa and restaurant. The price is reasonable and with nice ambience, breakfast has variety of choices and good of food. The highlight for us was the exceptional level of customer service. All the staff were polite, understanding and tried to help us and supply us additional bottles of water when requested. The free tea break was great and awesome service by Hotel. The restaurant waitresses are friendly and helpful.
