設施：曾經住過其他城市的麗柏，這次毫不猶豫繼續住麗柏，床還是一如既往地舒服。空調也很給力，很涼快，很靜音，非常贊。第一天打開浴室淋浴，發現噴頭有點問題，趕緊給前台小姐姐打電話，維修師傅很快就上來檢查，給換了一個新的，洗澡出水量大，水温也高，淋浴特別痛快。雖然門上防盜鏈壞了，但也沒出什麼事，就沒關係啦。 衞生：整體挺不錯的，一開始發現被罩有點臟，給前台小姐姐打電話，馬上就聯繫保潔大姐給換了新的，乾乾淨淨踏踏實實睡大覺。 環境：離東站挺近的，省博也不遠，樓下還有餐飲和小超市，挺方便的。 服務：從第一天入住，前台小姐姐就一直微笑服務，上樓之後遇到一位保潔大姐，還主動為我們指引房間位置，謝謝~住到最後一天才才發現這邊退房時間是12:00，還以為是14:00呢，趕緊找前台小姐姐延遲退房，也很妥善地幫忙處理好了。 早餐也不錯，種類挺多，就是最後一天早上碰到個帶孩子的女的，不知道是不是有病，我就拿個調料瓶的功夫，就把取餐枱上我那碗餛飩偷走了，被叫回來也不知道道歉，這種素質怎麼能教好孩子？
