服務：首先説好的地方吧，服務挺好的，呼市最近很冷，進門的時候酒店前台有熱好的瓶裝水可以暖手，工作人員很熱情很貼心。枕頭有兩種類型可選，床墊也算舒服的。
設施：供暖太差了，設施老舊，房間裏很冷，空調製熱也是壞的，因為時間緊我沒有聯繫前台，把窗簾放到暖氣上面湊乎了一晚，被子都需要雙層摺疊起來蓋，晚上都冷醒了。吹風機特別難用，我頭髮衹有過肩長，但吹到手痠還沒吹乾，這麼舊的吹風機真的該換了。浴室衹有半面玻璃隔斷，還好是北方，要是南方肯定會潮，廁所門是那種很舊很廉價的門，總之洗澡體驗感很差。

DDavid1980The hotel is very nice, clean, and simple, with friendly and attentive staff, which made our stay comfortable overall. However, one key issue significantly impacted our experience. The hotel advertises that it has a gym, which was the primary reason we booked our stay, as we wanted to maintain our fitness routine while away from home and unable to use our usual gym membership.
Upon arrival, we discovered that the ”gym” consisted of only two treadmills and no other equipment. This was extremely disappointing, as a gym should provide a variety of fitness equipment to accommodate different workout needs. Advertising a facility as a gym when it is essentially just a room with treadmills feels misleading.
If your facility only has treadmills, it would be more accurate to advertise it as such, rather than labeling it a gym. A proper gym typically requires a minimum set of equipment, including:
1. Cardio Machines: At least treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes.
2. Strength Equipment: Free weights (dumbbells, barbells) and resistance machines.
3. Functional Training Tools: Items such as yoga mats, kettlebells, or medicine balls.
This would ensure clarity for guests who choose hotels based on their fitness facilities. While we appreciated the cleanliness and service, the lack of transparency regarding the gym was a major letdown.

GGeorgeLaowaiHa avuto un incredibile soggiorno all'Hotel Vyluk. La posizione è fantastica. Cercata dalla destinazione commerciale più alta della città, e si trovano in modo uniforme tra due stazioni di metro che offrono facile accesso al resto della città. Il servizio era eccellente e il personale ha gestito il processo di registrazione straniero senza problemi, ci hanno anche aggiornati in una stanza di vista della città che era spettacolare, e c'erano molte luci all'interno della stanza che potevano essere tagliate dai pulsanti di muro bilingue. L'acqua e i bagni sono disponibili gratuitamente.Il doccia innescato è grande, come lo shampoo. L'hotel ha il robot di consegna covette, quindi se ordina la consegna di cibo o riceve il tessuto extra inviato, il robot viene direttamente alla porta e si riceve una chiamata al telefono in camera. Il servizio in camera è venuto il secondo giorno e ha pulito il posto. Niente altro che il meglio da dire in merito a questo hotel. Non dovrei essere chiuso il palestra e la piscina.
L'unica questione che ho avuto con questo hotel è che su Trip è andato all'Hotel Vyluk e credo che abbia visto quel nome arrivare su un'altra mappa e questo è il nome. Non ci sono menzioni di “Vyluk” fuori o all’interno dell’hotel che hanno reso più difficile trovare, dato che ci sono altri vicini. Il nome cinese non è anche una tranlitazione, ma piuttosto il nome Wei Lai .
Tuttavia, mi fermerò al 100% su qualsiasi altro hotel vicino, dato la qualità, il servizio e il prezzo che era la metà di quelli vicini.

4. Il personale non parlava bene inglese ma ha fatto del suo meglio per aiutare. Il personale mi ha aiutato a prenotare il biglietto del museo e il taxi.
Sono rimasto 6 notti in totale.
5. La pulizia è buona in generale ma sembra che i bagni non siano mai stati puliti correttamente da molto tempo o che il personale non sappia come strofinare il pavimento e le pareti del bagno.
Contro:
1. I pavimenti del bagno della camera singola al 4° e 6° piano (parte bagnata) hanno le solite macchie da bagno di germi che sono molto facili da pulire con un detersivo per la pulizia del water e una spazzola ma sembrava che il personale non sapesse come pulire. Molto tipico in Cina che il bagno non sia pulito. Anche la tenda ha macchie d'acqua. Questa può essere facilmente pulita mettendola nella lavatrice.
2. La camera singola al 6° piano si sentivano rumori dall'esterno.
Le prime 4 notti al 4° piano, abbiamo dormito, non abbiamo sentito gli ospiti dalla stanza vicina. Altre due notti al 6° piano, abbiamo sentito gli ospiti dalla stanza vicina, e attraverso la porta, sembrava che la porta avesse delle fessure.
Ci tornerò, spero che il bagno venga pulito meglio.

CCurt 常鹰This hotel can be very hit & miss. I have stayed here 3 times and had 3 different experiences.
First things first, though, it is worth pointing out that location is excellent, especially for its price, and staff are always very friendly, and often have a decent level of English, as well as Mandarin & Mongolian (almost every guest I ever see here speaks Mongolian).
My first stay here, I had no complaints. The room was clean, comfortable, & spacious. An excellent room at its price, if just slightly dated.
My next stay was totally different. I was told upon checking in that my room didn't have a shower but I could move the next day. Not ideal after a day of travelling but I was tired so accepted it and went to bed. The next evening, I returned to the hotel & was told I still couldn't move, & had to wait another day (the day I was checking out). I managed to convince staff to let me move eventually as I really needed a shower, & there was a room available - so why couldn't I just be there in the first place?
My third and final stay was also disappointing, though not as bad as the second. Upon checking in, there was a huge group who had checked in just before me - not ideal, but little you can do. But only one elevator was working, and would only hold around 3 or 4 people at a time. So it genuinely took almost half an hour to get to my room. Then, for some reason, the elevator call button on my floor didn't work. Fortunately I found a staff elevator that took me out the back exit and had to use this for the rest of my stay - but that somewhat reduced the convenience of the location.
All in all, while I appreciate the price and location here, I have started using other hotels when I visit Hohhot now.
