Horrible in one word! This is for International tourists! It's a joke with zero English speaking staff!

This Hotel has zero English speaking staff. We paid for breakfast when we booked. It took us more than half hour to explain. I showed them the booking as well. They are too miserable to give bottled water. Smell of cigarettes everywhere. No coffee or tea at breakfast not even water. Horrible! This hotel is not for foreigners. They have potential but they have to go a long way! Some Staff were showing attitude, not sure they are shy or afraid to speak in English! I will never recommend.

The room was great, very clean and comfortable. However there was no breakfast or dinner available (I think they only open it for corporate events). Also I was told at the last minute that the check out was at 12 and not 2pm. It's a shame as I chose this hotel for the late checkout. It's located right next to the metro but a bit far from the city centre

首先説一下位置的確很好，就在2號線水上公園C出口，完全沒有偏差的位置，出口就在酒店正前方。
房間裏面整理的很乾凈，床睡起來還是很舒服。酒店設施齊全，洗澡水不算特別大，水温沒有問題。酒店附近吃的還是很多，比較方便。
如果按照一般連鎖酒店等級評價，就是很是靠譜，起碼房間大，唯一感覺就是浴室的燈有點暗，不算特別亮。連住3晚上，也比較安靜，總統不錯。

衞生：乾淨整潔，好評
服務：停車免費，樓下就是地鐵站出行非常方便。

離地鐵站真的超級近，出門門口就是，交通非常的便利。來這裏看鳳凰傳奇演唱會，地鐵直達場館，而且離商場也很近，只有一站地。整體環境不錯，乾淨整潔，和朋友一共三人訂的家庭房，性價比拉滿

酒店大堂很寬大，出門有水上公園和地鐵站，周邊環境不錯，前台服務熱情，房間設施齊全，旁邊的羊肉燒麥味正價格合適，很方便客人就餐。

設施：比較老的酒店，性價比不錯。離開市區內的景點和昭君墓距離都還可以。
服務：服務一般，早餐一般。暑假二百多的價格還是可以的。
環境：離開地鐵站1分鐘，真心方便。
