Free pick up service, free tour to grassland! Highly appreciate it guys. Nice shift front desk or operator team are not helpful at all. . . Cons The breakfast was not good as used to be before. Wifi not strong enough but can be used. Is not normal that at breakfast time to be served 2 lamb siao mae! I love it but the chefs only gave 2 then if i want more must come back for another 2!!!! Weird . . The tour agency located at the lobby is little bit rude and not professional. We got 1 free tour to rhe grassland and one paied but in both ocasions driver never dropped us back to the hotel. . . I should rate less but is ok 4/5
