Very conveniently located hotel. The hotel is beautiful, has complete facilities. We chose to stay in a traditional style room, decorated to match the ancient history of the castle. The breakfast was very good.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful location. Professional and caring staff. The restaurant was good, but menu doesn't offer any proper vegetarian offer. The SPA is limited in size with no hammam. Unfortunately the relax room was extremely cold due to a broken window.

Beautiful hotel with surrounding walking areas to the nearby castles. My 9 year old son and I went in December and the scenery was a magical winter wonderland. Very friendly and helpful staff. My son loved the pool and I loved the saunas. I would recommend this hotel.

This place is great. I gave a review for the first nights stay already. Best of the best. This review is for our second night. Only 1 complaint. They did not renew our linens or refill our coffe on the second day. Every other hotel we have stayed at in Germany has renewed everything every day.

If you're staying at Jaegerhouse you'll get only one key per room. The curtains are smaller than the windows and you'll be woken up by the sun (at least in the room 63). The rest was great. Definitely will be coming there again (but will make sure to book a different room).

Amazing hotel in a magical village on Baviera. Great staff, excellent structure and good food and drinks. Everything was wonderful.

Lovely and luxurious hotel at the base of the Neuschwanstein Castle. Stay here to indulge in the beautiful views of the lake and surrounding mountains from the spa and indoor swimming pool.

Great place to stay if you have a car and want to experience the beauty and tranquility at night with fewer tourists. It’s perfectly positioned near the lake, and the castles affording breathtaking views. Service and staff were excellent.
