Detached house in the immediate vicinity of the forest, in a quiet location in a little traffic side street of the climatic health resort Hohegeiß at the end of the village. The ground floor, about 55 m² in size, consists of the following rooms: a living room with TV and couch; a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dining area and an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms, each with 1 sink. In bedroom 1 there is a Franz. Bed, radio, dressing table and 1 closet, in bedroom 2 a double bed 2 closets and 2 chests of drawers, 1 flat screen TV, radio and in bedroom 3 two large single beds, radio and small TV. Secure WiFi is available in the house.
There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement.
The large terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and a Weber charcoal grill is available. The property is not completely fenced and the huge meadow offers enough space for fun and games. In winter, the illuminated trail runs around 100 meters in front of the house. Ein super Ferienhaus mit allem, was man für einen Familienaufenthalt benötigt. Großes Lob!!!
Nur der Garten hätte ein wenig mehr Aufmerksamkeit verdient ;-)

Super Urlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist richtig toll. Wir haben zum 2. Mal unseren Urlaub im Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist richtig schön und hat einen besonderen Charme durch die alte Treppe. Uns gefällt es hier sehr. Die Terrasse mit der Kräuterwiese ist richtig schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war wieder richtig gut. Das Ferienhaus können wir gern weiter empfehlen.

Wunderbar ruhig
Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Küche ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Bad mit Dusche ist klein, aber dafür gibt es in den Schlafzimmern jeweils ein Waschbecken. Damit kommt man gut zurecht. Sehr gut hat uns auch die Lage gefallen und der Blick über die herrliche Wiese. Man kann auch draußen sitzen, grillen und Fledermäuse beobachten. Alles in allem zu empfehlen. Es wäre noch besser gewesen, wenn wir bei der Buchung bereits Kenntnis über die Höhe der zu zahlenden Kaution sowie die Reinigungsgebühren gehabt hätten. Alles gut
Alles gut. Man muss beachten, dass Kurbeitrag angemeldet werden muss. Wäre schön, wenn das im voraus schriftlich möglich wäre. Unser Aufenthalt zu den Feiertagen war zu kurz. Die Gegend ist super, das Haus nach neuesten technischen Standards ausgerichtet. Die Vermieter sehr nett.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Alleinlage
Wir hatten über 19 Tage einen tollen Aufenthslt in dem sehr schönen, alten Ferienhaus. Die Küche ist perfek ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind im OG und die einzige Toilette im sehr kleinen Bad im EG. In unserer Konstellation war das kein Problem. Jedes SZ hat ein eigenes Waschbecken, wss auch sehr angenehm war. Die Terasse wird über 4 Stufen einer dteilen Stiege erreicht, auch okay und die Terasse liegt geschützt und lässt einen auf eine sehr grosse Freifläche schauen. Das Hsus liegt idyllisch und der Kontakt per Handy mit dem Vermieter verlief sehr gut und angenehm. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und in Hohegeiss einen zentralen Ausgangspunkt für unsere Wandertouren gefunden.
Für die Holzbänke auf der Terasse wären Auflagen sehr 👍.

Unkomplizierter Aufenthalt im schöner Gegend
Großes Haus mit vollständiger Ausstattung, Bad etwas klein für Management mit Kleinkind aber sonst super und auch durch Waschbecken in jedem Schlafzimmer praktisch ausgestattet.
Wunderschöne gegend im Harz mit Tags ca 2stündiger Busanbindung bis zum frühen Abend.

Super Urlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus
Unser Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus war super. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und liegt ruhig ganz allein in der Nähe eines Waldes. Der Ausblick vom Ferienhaus ist herrlich und toll. Die Terrasse lädt zum erholen und ausspannen ein. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Uns gefällt es, da das Haus älter ist und dadurch einen schönen Charme hat. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat zwischendurch im Urlaub mal angerufen und sich erkundigt, wie es uns geht. Das fand ich sehr lieb. Wir haben hier einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Unsere Kinder fanden das Ferienhaus richtig toll und sie hatten viel Spaß zum Spielen. Das Ferienhaus können wir gern empfehlen. Wir kommen gern wieder in das Ferienhaus. Das ist einfach nur top. Vielen Dank.

Perfekte Lage und gemütliches Haus
