The resort is beautiful, the room was clean and equipped with every comfort. the half board is not bad even if there is little choice. Too bad for the customer service, I had to pay for all the extra activities in advance and then in the end an excursion was cancelled at the last minute without receiving any refund at check out. the assistance is very confusing and not organised, after more than a month they no longer responded, telling me that they had problems with the credit card transactions. absolutely embarrassing, a service like this is inconceivable for supposedly luxury resorts, so I avoid recommending it to couples who want to enjoy a nice vacation. a missed opportunity

Amazing! We did a whole day safari game with Vusi, the best guide ever! We saw a cheetah and a leopard closed to our car! He explained everything to us and drive slowly to spot all animals around. Amazing experience. If we return to Kruger we will repeat with Vusi again for sure! Thanks Vusi

Khaya Ndlovu Safari Manor offers a very exclusive lodging experience for anyone looking to visit Kruger National Park for their first time. Its proximity and direct view of a small water hole allows guests to observe wildlife right from the viewing deck and outdoor dining room. The family suite accommodations were perfect for our family's needs. I traveled with my parents, and it was wonderful to share a 2-bedroom suite where we each had our own private space and bathrooms. The staff were amazing, completely customer focused to ensure we had a positive experience. I even learned how to make towel elephants from the cleaning staff. At the end of our stay, all we could think about was how much we want to go back to Khany Ndlovu.

Beautiful manor house with lush gardens overlooking a water hole where you can just observe giraffes, impalas, and many other animals at anytime during the day. Among the best boutique hotels we’ve been, the personalized service and attention of the staff, especially Truth, Advice, Jabu & Raymond was incredible. All meals were wonderful and house wine selection“Tokara” was very nice. A small point of improvement, having a wine & cocktail menu would help know the full list of options and price range available. Leadwood suite was very spacious, comfortable, well appointed, and gave a real sense of place. WiFi was a bit patchy and there’s no TV in room but we were not there for that! We could hear the freight trains passing day and night but wasn’t a major distraction. This is perhaps the cost of convenience, the lodge is 10 min away from both the main town and airport of Hoedspruit - a plus for those with limited time. Cici at the spa took great care of us for massages and facial treatments. Beautiful secluded spot overlooking the Savanah and nice products. Game drives were exceptional, we saw cheetahs, elephants, rhinos, buffalos, lions.. it’s worth doing as many game drives you can with Khaya Ndlovu; Elsa, Harry and Terence were really good at replying to all our questions and explaining all aspects of the unique ecosystem. Point of improvement: external groups coming for game drives could be kept away from the pool and deck area - as their arrival/departure disrupted the tranquility and sense of privacy. We would certainly recommend to others and look forward to coming back!

We enjoyed as a family this short but wonderful stay at Khaya Ndlovu Safari Manor, everything has been simply perfect, from welcome to departure. We stayed in a stunning suite very nicely furnished, food was excellent and stuff very cozy and friendly. We recommend it as a safari experience as well as the rangers are very well prepared and trained. It was really worth it!

Where should we start... The first impressions of the lodge were fantastic, all the decoration, and the views from the deck were just breathtaking. We were told that our agency didn't book the game drive for that evening despite the fact we have paid for it, but Francois was more than helpful and found a way to accommodate us on the drive anyway. We did in total four game drives at the reserve, sunrise and sunset, and we were lucky enough to have Sammy as our guide. Sammy has so much knowledge about the animals, and the reserve, and also a lot of patience to reply to all our questions. We saw lions and lionesses, cheetahs, white rhinos, a giraffe, loads of birds, impalas, we were very lucky! The food and service of the hotel is also another point to make. The staff were always so friendly, and the food was fantastic! They also had a great selection of South African wines and beers. We didn't want to leave!

Fabulous views over the bush and Drakensberg mountains coupled with outstanding sunsets. Great food, great staff and spa. Rooms could do with an upgrade but very comfortable and clean.We will continue to go back. A bush and Hoedspruit gem!

Super nice location and very friendly staff! The Infinity pool and the view over the reserve is awesome and completes the already stunning experience. The dine area is on an elevatet terrace and let you have a look on the wild animals nearby. The food was very good as well. All in all it was a great experience and we can recommend it to every one.

Wow, a truly unforgettable experience. Incredible surroundings, wonderful hosts and super attentive staff. The room was stunning too with a beautiful bed, a stylish bathroom and a very lovely outside shower. You must do a game drive if you have the chance. It was as beautiful as it was emotionally connecting for us both.
