Do not stay here. It’s awful. Dirty, disgusting I left after the first night. Would not have stayed then but it was 11 when we got there.

Worst motel I ever stayed in By FAR. I wouldn't recommend a animal to stay there. -5 out of scale of 10

The from had caution tape near the entrance. It look like a semi truck plowed into it. There is no sign of preparations for repair or reconstruction. It was approximately 10:00 p.m. when I checked in, and the people at the window came out from a back room in their pajamas with no shoes on to check me in. I got my room and went upstairs. The stairs were rusted with many holes including quite large ones on the steps. As I walk to my room, the wooden boards were Boeing and bending as though they were soaked with water. They had unacceptable patch jobs of some of the wood planks. It felt like you were going to fall through to the bottom floor. As I went to unlock the door, the key card worked, but the door was so bowed and broken that it would not open up. No matter how much pressure I put, and I'm a pretty muscular fellow. I was assigned a different room next door, and that door was also bowed but not as badly and it was able to open. Once in the room, I noticed the lamps did not work. I went to plug in my phone charger near the bed, and that outlet was pulled out separated from the wall. It also did not work. As I went into the restroom, I noticed that the toilet bowl brush was laying on the floor between the bed and the bathroom wall. Disgusting! The shower had very little water pressure because water was coming out the shower head and the tub faucet simultaneously. The soap holder in the shower was also broken in half with sharp edges pointing right out. Complete laceration hazard, and no gripping on the tub floor. A total mess!

Place was in shambles as was the room. Didn’t even stay the night. After I saw the room I left never to return.

Broken light fixture, mold in shower, dirty coffee maker, bottle cap stuck in vanity sink drain with no stopper, broken toilet paper dispenser, holes in wall the size of a soft ball, poor ceiling repairs above tub, broken tub faucet, curtains ripped.

I think the ratings for the hotel are overly harsh. Yes, the exterior is rough (damage to the lobby and exterior due to a elderly driver and insurance issues) and the lack of paint, but the interior rooms, the one you actually use are fine). The room was good sized, clean and comfortable. Yes, there are some homeless around (the capital city is dumping them in Hobbs for some reason) but, they were never close to the hotel. The staff reminds you to lock your vehicle doors, because while they might steal from unlocked cars, they don't break windows. And, the hotel itself isn't having problems. I had no problems with this hotel and would stay again.
