Rimasi qui per 3 giorni durante un weekend di vacanza e non posso fermarmi a rallegrare del servizio eccezionale che abbiamo ricevuto dal momento in cui siamo arrivati al momento in cui abbiamo controllato. La gente che lavora qui si preoccupa molto dell'ospitalità e di assicurarsi che tu sia comodo. Viaggiare con la famiglia richiede molto di pianificazione e così grato questo hotel ha tutto quello che doveva essere comodo. Lo shampoo, il condizionatore, il lavaggio del corpo è attaccato alla doccia rendendolo conveniente e meno rifiuti. Ti danno diversi tipi di cuscini (soft e duri), molte toletta, e le camere sono spaziose. Il colazione era in punto! Iogurt Chobani, pancake, biscotti e segale, una vasta selezione di succhi, caffè, cioccolato caldo, acqua, tè, ecc. È davvero un bene rimanere qui.

We arrived, exhausted and hungry, late on a rainy evening after a disastrous incident at the La Quinta hotel nearby, so we were elated to find a really nice bar, with food service, at the Hilton Garden. Plenty of seats at the bar, and plenty of tables, indoors and outdoors, for guests. The staff is competent, the rooms are clean, both typical ”free” breakfast fare and cooked-to-order breakfast fare (extra charge) are offered, and all the facilities and amenities all function properly. One caveat: if you arrive arrive after dark, especially in the rain, it takes some hard searching to find the property. The hotel is set back far from the street, and the dim, meager signage is almost impossible to see at 40-miles-pr-hour.

Nick al divano era molto amichevole. Offrevano l'acqua di limone e biscotti complimentari al divano. La stanza e il bagno erano molto puliti. Ci sono colazione inclusi nella mattina. In generale abbiamo avuto un grande servizio e ci siamo divertiti.

The smell of a combination of smelly feet, dirty socks, or stinky shoes permeated the 2nd floor hallway carpet and the carpet in the two rooms I reserved. No amount of lysol, febreeze or anything we tried would get rid the stench. Dirty men's work boots lined the hallways of a lot of rooms. My shower faucet was not working when I tried to use it the morning after my first night. Maintenance did come fix it right away, when I reported it, but I had to be out the door really early and was not able to shower that morning. Some of the furniture upholstery was torn up, dressers were missing knobs and inside of drawers were in really bad shape, freezer in mini fridge had no door. Froze everything I had in the regular part of the fridge, bathroom tiles were cracked. We were told that housekeeping services were only upon request, so I requested full housekeeping services for the 3rd day of our stay. Front desk assured me it would get taken care of. We left early and returned late to find only the trash had been thrown out and towels were replaced. No coffee replenishment, no cleaning whatsoever, beds were unmade, forget clean sheets! Also, the breakfast staff was not prepared for so many people in the morning. Every morning they ran out of several items, no matter how early we went down for breakfast. Some food items were replaced, most were not. The lady working told me she had no idea the hotel was going to have so many guests! There was some sort of electrical short in the breakfast area, we were having to switch out the waffle maker and the toaster plugs across the room. Finally, my family that stayed in the 2nd room I reserved had no extra TP and ran out. They requested more, no one ever showed up. We had to go downstairs and personally request TP, and coffee as they never replaced it in the 4 days and 3 nights we were there. Solution??Hotel rooms/carpets badly need to be cleaned, furniture needs to be replaced and whoever is in charge of blocking rooms for groups needs to alert food staff so that they can be prepared. Much attention is needed to provide better service to your guests!

Statemi bene! Hotel pulito, camera, e ci sono stati abbondanti forniture di caffè. A volte abbiamo sperimentato solo una regolare e troppo molti decaffè. Un grido speciale a Cynthia. Era così utile - professionale, ma molto amichevole. Dovrebbe essere mostrata come esempio quando si addestrano gli altri. Anche il colazione era caldo, fresco e abbondante.
