The Haven is a perfect getaway for the whole crew! Located in the lakes area in-between Vergas and Frazee (about 10 minutes from Perham) this newly renovated gem has an open space downstairs and upstairs. Spacious bathroom, big gather room, open bedroom concept, and laundry room. -Nice and quiet neighborhood with families and summer lake homes. -Kitchenette available for meals and coffee bar -Wonderful play area outside with trampoline, playground and basketball hoop for the kids -Winter time favorites in the area include snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ice skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and bingo nights at Billy's Bar in local town of Vergas. There is an amazing Step Up Thrift store owned by the on-sight hosts also in the town for those who like shopping!About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:If anything breaks during stay please notify your host right away..Please do not drive up onto lawn next to house. Great family house Property maintained well great yard. All the cooking equipment worked well. Grill was in good condition. Lots of games provided and some treats. The coffee bar was very nice touch. Provided nice laundry detergent and toiletries. Quite area. Great owner Steve, lives across the street( his kids manage the renting) but he was very cordial and offered to help get fire ready and encouraged our 5&10 year old to play as much as they could with all the provided yard games, playground and sandbox. On a dead end dirt road great walk with view of the lake. Very cute. With unique personal touches spread throughout. Would love to come back.

Great location for lakes country Perfect location for perham, Vergas, and the DL area in general. Very clean and spacious place well stocked with activities and things to do.

Bachelorette Party We had a great experience staying at the Haven! The house had everything we needed and the spacious yard was great for outdoor activities!
