I migliori hotel con spa a Hoa Lu District

Stayed here recently as part of a Tour group on a journey across Vietnam. We appeared to be the only guests in the resort. Hotel us visually stunning, the great timber hall for reception area is amazing. Our group were located in various villas towards the swimming pool area. Our room had a fantastic view of the lake/mountains and was very spacious. Swimming pool was very nice. Poolside Bar area was not available during our stay and hotel missed a trick by not offering any sort of poolside service. Evening meal food service was bordering on farcical if I'm honest. Only one young lad on duty who had a very basic grasp of English. Started taking drink orders for the group then switched to taking food and drink orders half way, so leaving half the group to then make food orders later on, as he'd then gone off to start the drinks orders! We ordered a bottle of white wine, were then offered half a bottle already opened, rejected that, then hotel switched to a totally different type of wine to that ordered! We had to get our Vietnamese Tour guide involved to sort the situation!! Food arrived in various stages, so some of the group finished their meal before others were even served!! As the only guests in the hotel, we expected a much better level of service. Simply don't know how they'd cope with a full hotel!

Arrivare in questo piccolo resort immerso nel verde e tra le montagne è un' esperienza quasi mistica. Bellissimo. L' accoglienza è calorosa e familiare. Noi amiamo gli animali e arrivare qui è stato stupendo perché c' erano anche loro a darci il benvenuto. Due cuccioli di pochi mesi e altri due un pochino più grandi. Tenerissimi🥰. All' arrivo ci hanno offerto un tè caldo e ci hanno dato le informazioni per quel che riguarda le svariate escursioni. Abbiamo deciso di avvalerci del loro aiuto e ci siamo trovati benone. Ci hanno assegnato il bungalow n°8 che è una spaziosa abitazione con un letto molto comodo, con cuscini super soffici e ben decorato. Il bungalow è come si presenta nelle foto da loro pubblicate, in bamboo. Il bagno è sempre in bamboo e semi all' aperto. Una vera chicca, bellissimo farsi una doccia ascoltando il cinguettio degli uccelli e il suono dell acqua della piscina. Sia il sapone per le mani che il bagnoschiuma,lo shampoo ed il balsamo hanno un profumo delizioso. Purtroppo siamo capitati in una settimana dove il sole ha fatto capolino solo il primo giorno dopodiché ha sempre piovuto con quella pioggerellina fine fine che alla fine comunque ti bagna, ma noi siamo partiti attrezzati 😂. Il cibo è buonissimo e con porzioni abbondanti. Bellissima la cariola che usano come bracere per accedere il fuoco come atmosfera nelle giornate uggiose ma anche in qualsiasi momento della giornata dove si voglia fare due chiacchiere o un aperitivo. Ringraziamo di tutto cuore ”Candy” che è stata dolcissima e disponibile con noi. Non sappiamo se torneremo a Trang An ma se fosse sicuramente ritorneremmo qui perché è magico, bellissimo e perfetto. Superbe endroit entouré de montagnes à 2 pas de TamCoc ( à vélo prêté par l'établissement ) . Nous y avons séjourné 4 nuits dans un calme absolu , avons profité de la grande piscine et l'accueil , la gentillesse et la disponibilité de notre hôte est absolument incroyable . Merci beaucoup pour ce magnifique séjour .

We stayed in the Full Moon Villa and absolutely loved it. The resort is beautifully maintained. Our Villa was quite large with a separate living room and Police space bedroom and large bathroom. We enjoyed massages both of the two nights we stayed. They start with a soothing foot bath before leading you upstairs for your treatment. The dining room has an extensive menu and the wait staff willing to help with your decisions. They present a nice selection for a buffet breakfast with eggs to order. The only slightly negative thing I can say is both of the days we were there we could hear someone speaking through a loud system seemed to be coming from a local school. It took away a bit of the serenity of this beautiful resort. That being said, I would gladly go back.

Il mio partner e io siamo stati molto freddi nell'alloggio. Pulizia assoluta, grande colazione buffet con opzioni vietnamite e occidentali. Personale di reception molto attento e piacevole. La camera era comoda, spaziosa e con savane di qualità. Letto qualcosa di duro per il nostro gusto. L'intero hotel Boutique era progettato e decorato con gusto e dettaglio. La piscina è molto bene. Hanno un negozio per acquistare prodotti che essi stessi elaborano. Si trova in strada secondaria dal centro di Tam Coc per il motivo che si respira tranquillità ma sapendo che in 5 minuti a piedi avrai tutte le opzioni per mangiare e prenotare escursioni o trasporti. Lo consigliamo vivamente.

Stayed in the bungalow for 2 nights. The room was ok, but the bathroom was not great. I could smell the toilet as soon as we were shown our bungalow for our stay which was not impressive, so we had to close the door every time. The bathroom looked half done. There was no shower, just a bathtub with a shower head that sat waist high, which meant it was very awkward for those that don’t want to use the bath. The mirror was too large at the sink that the corner was over part of the nailed shut window. The bungalow we stayed at was near the massage and spa place along with pool tables next to it. This was noisy in the mornings. The only saving grace was the view outside the bungalow, and being able to enjoy the mountain at sunrise before visitors arrive during the day. They had a restaurant located on site which closes around 9.30pm. The food was standard and nothing special, and the first morning they didn’t have a breakfast buffet. Instead they had a given us a menu which was hand written, and told to pick what we wanted to order for breakfast. The options were very limited and my noodles were very oily. I would save my money and stay elsewhere, or just take the day trip from Hanoi. It may have been worthwhile if we chose a different lodging option but I definitely would not be running back to stay. The staff were nice and booked us taxis into town as there was not much nearby to eat something decent. I left feeling extremely disappointed, and initially when we booked the room the photos seemed to show a different story. I wish I took photos to show the disappointment, but it was the last thing on our mind.

A beautiful hotel away from the main road. Unfortunately when I stayed they still had parts of the hotel under construction like the pool area and drive way and the family accommodation next to the drive way. There is also a few other houses/hotels under construction in the area at the moment so it’s not so quite during working hours. The family was very helpful and kind. I took a free bike to Trang An which was an easy 20 min ride (stopped for some pics along the way). I also ordered a late meal which they were happy to fix for me. Right by a small lake and surrounded by mountains it’s very picturesque. Large rooms and comfy beds. I would definitely recommend.
