Hotel in zona Saigon 2CV Tour, Ho Chi Minh

The room is very beautiful. The blanket and mattress are very fragrant, sleep is very good and comfortable. I really like this room

Everything has been impeccable at the hotel - it's only a 10-minute walk to major spots such as Central Post Office and 20-minute to the War Remnant Museum; Our room is really stylish and clean, the bed is really comfortable, breakfast buffet is a mix of international dishes, plenty of good F&B outlets and convenience stores nearby, and the service is exceptionally good. The staff speak fluent English, and has been extremely polite and helpful, especially one named NAM. It's a bit difficult to manage your trip in a foreign country where the majority does not communicate in English. However, NAM assisted us with all the bookings and arrangements for the local tours, made sure we got to the destination and back to the hotel safely. Without his help we would have been truly lost and stuck, we are truly grateful for him and the other staff's assistance and guidance during our stay there. The only flaw I can pick is that the jaccuzi at the roof contained much chlorine that it smelled a bit like bleach, I personally have sensitive skin so it was an issue for me. Otherwise the whole setting at the roof is also perfect for relaxing after a long day touring and walking around the city. For the price we paid, it's totally worth it and exceeded beyond our expectations.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in Roseland Centa Hotel. Belle e confortevoli camere , ampio buffet colazione, buona posizione. La più grande lussuosa di questo hotel è il personale di accoglienza. Essi fanno tutto il possibile per rendere il soggiorno più piacevole possibile. Per esempio, Long ci ha consigliato di andare a guardare il fuoco dal tetto di Roseland Sweet Hotel e ci ha prenotato una tavola VIP, abbiamo chiesto 2 cuscini di testa supplementari e che sono stati portati in un momento d'occhio, ... Grazie speciali a Long, Niran e Tai.

After two nights in the Roseland Corp Hotel I just don’t know where to start describing this horrible experience as everything - the service, the rooms, the prices - was just so, so bad. So I just start at the beginning: We arrived on a Thursday. Arranging a pick-up from the airport was surprisingly complicated, it took several mails with the service manager for no reason but in the end there was a quite unfriendly driver waiting for us at the gate. They charged us 750.000 Dong which is way above the common taxi-rate (150.000 Dong). When we arrived at the hotel they charged my credit card for the room - twice. As the woman at the front desk didn’t understand English that well, it was quite complicated to convince her of her mistake and get the money back. The Roseland Corp hotel has an impressive entrance area. It’s nice, really. But unfortunately this doesn’t translate to the rooms. They are terrible, probably furnished in the 80s and not renewed since. They have whirlpool bathtubs made of plastic, lots of wood in the room, curtains that haven’t been washed for ages, and you can hear everything that is going on outside of your room. The first room we got smelled like cold cigarette smoke. I complained and they upgraded us to a bigger room (after we looked at a series of rooms, one of them still in use by a paying guest). But even the upgraded room was by far worse then everything we have seen in Vietnam. I wanted to cancel the whole reservation but they wouldn’t let us go. Instead they promised us the best room of the hotel the next day and we stayed. The first night was terrible. The bed had a very, very old and thus noisy spring mattress. The slightest movement made a noise. The walls and curtains had stains all over it. There’s no constant hot water, I had a cold shower in the morning. Shower and toilet happened to make weird unexpected noises. The best room in the hotel was basically the same as before but with a better view and a less noisy mattress. At this point I was ready to drink on that but unfortunately all the mini bar contained was two bottles of water. Breakfast was…well, let’s not talk about it. All of this would have been okay somehow if this hotel wasn’t so pricey. It’s like paying for a filet mignon and getting McDonalds Cheesburger. When we checked out the woman at the front desk (the same who messed up the payment) kindly asked us to sit and wait in the entrance area so she can check if everything is okay. We waited five, ten, fifteen minutes and nothing happened. When we asked her if everything was okay, she was surprised to see that we are still there. Yes, everything okay, she said. I can’t say the same. P.S.: Neil, the doorman, was the only exception to this experience. You are great, man! Please find a new employer.

Roseland Sweet Hotel è un hotel di valore per soldi, e ci saranno molti altri hotel simili facilmente trovati online. Ma ciò che ha fatto Roseland apparire è stato uno dei loro staff Kiet Anh, che è un campanello, un desk front, concierge tutti in uno. La settimana in cui ero lì, lavorava ogni giorno e ogni ora, lo vedo quasi ogni volta che sono al lobby, che io vada o ritorni. Il suo brillante, gioioso e amichevole desiderio, più il suo contatto personale, è in linea con il servizio trovato solo negli hotel 5 o 6 stelle. Egli è quello che mi ha fatto la differenza di stare a Roseland, che altrimenti sarebbe un buon hotel ma piuttosto medio. Roseland è fortunata ad aver assunto un personale come lui; dato il tempo e il giusto giardinaggio, renderebbero un eccellente personale di gestione nell'industria ospite. La mia scelta di hotel sarà ancora Roseland per il mio prossimo viaggio, ma solo se Kiet è lì. Grazie Kiet, per aver reso il mio soggiorno così piacevole e memorabile; e grazie per avermi aiutato a mandare il mio telefono rotto per la riparazione; mi hai davvero salvato la vita!! Ci vediamo presto!

Questa era la nostra seconda stanza all'hotel e si trattava di un miglioramento in termini di prima stanza. Siamo stati aggiornati in una camera esecutiva molto più bella della prima. La stanza era al settimo piano, era luminosa e molto più spaziosa. La piscina era stata pulita ma non era ancora completamente formata gratuitamente. La colazione è bello se si arriva in anticipo altrimenti non c'è niente. Non sembrano rifornirla. Ci sono molte opzioni da omelette occidentali a zuppa vietnamita a riso porridge. Si cucinano bene. Ci sono ancora piccole cose da migliorare, ma un grande passo in avanti. Il receptionista era molto utile e potevamo estendere il nostro soggiorno fino alla sera, perché avevamo un volo tardivo a casa. Proprio vicino al mercato se questo è il vostro caso, ma anche vicino a vista e ristoranti.

Ci sono stati accolti i benvenuti dal personale che ci ha offerto bevande di benvenuto, ma il controllo in corso era ben fatto, ma la nostra stanza non era pronta, quindi non potevamo entrare. Non essere stupido dalle immagini della piscina è in realtà molto piccola con solo 6 letti solari intorno alla zona della piscina reale. Ci sono altre terrazze in alto con letti solari, ma si trovano lontani dalla piscina e alcune parti sono state ombrate. Ci siamo trasferiti in una suite familiare estremamente spaziosa e pulita. Il colazione aveva una buona selezione e cucinato a tutti là. La posizione è a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla strada Bui Vein Walking che non è troppo male quando si naviga il traffico. A causa della dimensione di Ho Chi Minh è estremamente difficile ottenere le vostre acconciature, soprattutto se si sta solo per qualche giorno. In generale, resterei di nuovo in questo hotel.

Si tratta di una camera tipo monolocale river**t nel Distretto 4. Buona sicurezza C'è una piscina al 7° piano. La camera è dotata di lavatrice, forno a microonde, caffettiera e utensili da cucina. È leggermente diverso dall'immagine, ma sembra che ci sia una differenza in ogni stanza. La doccia della doccia è un po' debole Mi piace il fatto che il proprietario sia amichevole.

Questa è la nostra prima visita a Ho Chi Minh City e la 1a per soggiornare a SOHO Resident e hotel che siamo molto felici e piacevoli vacanze... la posizione è la migliore ... il personale di servizio Signora Kim che sono molto utile e comprensibile...come abbiamo prenotato Trip.com Mekong I servizi dell'agenzia di tour del fiume “Vn Lotus Travel” sono particolarmente il guidatore del tour Mr.Quy sono molto professionali per guidarci l'intera tour.Siamo sicuri di tornare e rimanere di nuovo a Soho hotel e utilizzare Vn Lotus Travel per altri tour urbano.

酒店位於繁華地段的大樓中，樓下就有連鎖咖啡店和超市，旁邊也有很多本地餐館，吃飯出行購物都特別方便，老闆人很好，我們剛到，便幫助我們換錢以及幫助解決各種出遊問題，房間設施配備也很齊全，特別適合家庭或朋友度假居住，到景點也不遠，打車過橋就到了。下次來的話，還會選這裏住。
