Generally a very good hotel indeed. A 99-year old gem in the city, which is one of the main attractions in the city. I like the lobby area. The pool area and breakfast area were also quite nice. The guys at the breakfast area should train more that they do not give other tables to other people while they are still getting their breakfast. We witnessed a few incidences like that when two groups/couples were given the same table. Late check-out could be more fair too, while 2pm is relatively normal. We requested till 2pm but said the next has already checked-in. It was 10am, and that was a very odd response. The other issue was related to view of the room. We booked the standard room, and we were told the view is obstructed. However, there was literally no views at all! The room was facing a wall 2-3m from from the window, and that's it. This is NOT an obstructed view, it is basically NO VIEW. This needs to be clarified or highlighted well in the booking time. The other facilities and services were generally good and the hotel is recommended for travellers.

Il mio soggiorno per 6 giorni con The Reverie Saigon è stato un vero sogno. Non solo la posizione e la decorazione stravagantemente lussuosa dell'hotel, il sogno è stato l'atteggiamento umano e la delicata comunicazione del personale dell'hotel. I dipendenti erano sempre pronti per la mia richiesta: tutto da pulizia, prenotazione di uscire, vestirmi, pasto in camera .... In particolare, precommunicazione per posta elettronica sul mio calendario, La signora Duong Le (Concierge Team) era eccellente e infettiva nel suo accordo delle richieste che ho chiesto. Mi dispiace per il tempo e l'energia che ha consumato. La signora Duong Le era assolutamente paziente, perché so che sono un cliente di grande cortesia, di grande affetto e a volte di nulla. Ringrazio davvero altre persone carine.Ricordo un uomo al bar con cui parlo della felicità dell’essere umano. (Mi dimentico il suo nome!) Ma vorrei sottolineare una persona, un pulitore della mia stanza, la signorina Uyen, che ha accoltellato il pulsante con un sorriso affascinante. We weren’t sure that we would like this hotel. It had a certain style which is quite different from our own personal inclinations. But we ended up loving it. And this was a combination of what we believe is the gold standard for world-class hospitality: An outstanding hard product with an exceptional soft product. HCMC is an interesting market for hotels. Having stayed at a number of hotels in HCMC, in my view, there are two properties which stand right at the pinnacle. The Reverie is one of the two, and probably just edges the other property to be the best in HCMC. This is why (and this was me coming from a stay at the other property). The Hotel We decided to book one of the apartments, rather than the hotel itself. The apartment prices itself above the entry level rooms at the hotel, but at a discount to the suites. We were intending to spend a fair bit of time in the property so the apartment made complete sense for us, but I don’t know if it is for everyone. The apartment shares an entrance with the hotel, so you will still be welcomed at the opulent lobby that the Reverie hides away from the main road. One step into that lobby and it will be clear to you that this property was built with a passion. You will then be escorted to a separate lobby for the check-in for the apartments. This was a bit more muted than the hotel itself, but still is appropriately luxurious. Check in was handled expeditiously, and we were then escorted up into our apartment. The Apartment Our apartment measured at slightly above 1000 square feet. It came with a living room, dining area, separate kitchen, a small study, a separate WC and a large bedroom with a huge connecting master bathroom. If all housebuilders built apartments like this, no one will have an issue. Everything was thoughtfully laid out, with an emphasis on luxurious touches. They provided a complimentary mini bar for our stay, with a generous supply of bottled water. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and cutlery that enabled us to partake in plenty of delivered food offerings, which is an underrated luxury in a city of delicacies. We noted in particular that the apartment was filled with top-notch quality products and amenities, from the cutlery to the washing machine. This was not fitted out on the cheap – and it made us as guests feel very pampered. Service For me, good service makes or breaks a property. In Vietnam, it’s very hard to maintain consistently great levels of service – but somehow the Reverie makes it work. The staff went out of their way to help us with all our requests – from food orders to Covid-19 testing. I wanted to specifically share my appreciation of the concierge team who sourced for a medical service provider who would come to our apartment for the pre-departure test. This was after they, out of their own initiative and research, realised that the original clinic would be closed when we needed to take the test. This to me

Takashiyama malls has plenty of food, coffee and shopping options -Service: hotel staff friendly and welcoming, helped us with check-out / luggage; staff helped us arrange spa services not far from hotel -Check-in: quick check-in service despite arriving late in the day -Room: comfortable bed, good amount of space for work in the room (one long desk plus a breakout area with two high chairs) -Complimentary drinks in the room (soft drinks, water, beer) -Staff went above and beyond to arrange a spare room one of the evenings to take a call -Swimming pool with a nice view; wasn’t too busy Cons: -priced quite close to larger 5* hotels however felt like overall service and facilities more akin to a smaller boutique hotel (eg no one greeting you outside of hotel when just check in, not clear if hotel has a spa) -Room design: high floor however design of room made it feel quite dark vs a panoramic view

We have incredible experience stay at Au Lac Charner Hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic! Being situated in the heart of the city centre made it so convenient for us to explore all the amazing attractions nearby. The fact that we were near famous restaurants like Anan and just a short distance away from Senspa and Miumiu was an absolute delight. I can't stop raving about the complimentary breakfast and high tea that Au Lac Charner Hotel provided. It truly exceeded our expectations and added such a special touch to our stay. The variety of options, coupled with the impeccable service, made each morning an absolute treat. I also want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Hoang (Hotel Manager?), for being incredibly patient and helpful throughout our stay. His willingness to answer all our questions regarding directions and even assisting us with Grab bookings truly went above and beyond. His dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was commendable! Highly recommend!

Noisy location. Nice rooms. We booked a premium double and we're put on the 7th (728) floor. Unfortunately we could here Karaoke (bad Karaoke) till the early hours. I asked to be moved the next morning and we were moved to a twin room 704 which was much quiter thankfully. Breakfast was good and gym OK. Pool never seemed to be in the sun but not a huge problem.

Onestamente, uno dei migliori hotel che ho soggiornato a. Super amichevole e utile personale. Hotel pulito e minimalista. Così vicino a molti posti. Ad esempio l'appartamento a caffè. (circa 3-5 min a piedi) e un centro commerciale. (circa 2-3 min a piedi). Mi hanno anche sorpreso con una lettera di cuore e una bevanda celebrativa per il nostro anniversario. Il colazione era sorprendente! Con un angolo di uova per ordinare diversi tipi di uova preferisci e una vasta varietà di cibo da scegliere! Torneremo certamente!!

Siamo arrivati con un gruppo di tour. Ci siamo trasferiti due notti, abbiamo avuto una pausa tra noi e abbiamo fatto una casa Stai così doveva muovere le camere e controllare due volte. Due volte dovevamo aspettare almeno mezz'ora in lobby per ottenere la nostra stanza Keys. La camera da letto era anche molto disgustosa. Il personale non era molto amichevole. Bevande preziose. Ma una vista magnifica da Top.

L'hotel è in zona 1, e il settore è molto buono.Negozi di prodotti di qualità e scambiatori di monete sono all'angolo di Chen (da due minuti).Si può andare a Chen City Square (Ben Thanh Market) in 15 minuti, o spendere 10000 vietnamite (0.6 dollari) per prendere un auto. Quando prenotamo la stanza, chiesemo di firmare la suite e abbiamo bisogno di una stanza tranquilla.Una mia famiglia ha portato la stanza alla suite di famiglia, così non ci crederai.La stanza al terzo piano non è molto stupida. C'è un sapore di fumo nella stanza (vogliamo una stanza senza fumo), il sapore non è così grande dopo che il condizionamento è aperto.La camera da letto è buona, un po'piccola, ma è molto bella.La colazione è molto deliziosa.Ma se mangi solo cibo ebraico o cibo moschiale, presta attenzione alla carne di maiale.

Aperto il 1° gennaio 2024, questo hotel boutique è nuovo con ). decorazione e ricami di legno. La nostra camera tripla è una tazza piccola ma abbastanza per aprire due bagagli di 28 pollici. Il letto fermo, le mutandine fluffy e la legno, asciugamani, ha fornito un soggiorno molto confortevole. Il personale è giovane, molto amichevole e utile, anche se il loro comando inglese è debole. Il proprietario e la signora Trang sono sul sito ogni giorno con lavori di miglioramento ogni giorno del nostro soggiorno di 1 settimana. La signora Trang parla molto bene l'inglese e è molto personale e ricettivo per i feedback e ha La posizione è eccellente, solo 2 strade parallele dai Cafe Apartments e Nguyen Hue camminando. Michelin Anan ristorante è sullo stesso piano. Rice Field ristorante, Saigon Skydeck e il miglior cambio di prezzo è 1 strada parallela lontano su Ho Tung Mau. Molti caffè, ristoranti e combinati entro 5-10 minuti a piedi. Nota che l'hotel è fronteggiato da strada /wet mercati su entrambi i lati della pista. Mentre i taxi & ride haling Grab può fermarsi davanti all'hotel, non possono aspettare come sarà obstrutibg traffico. Altri aereo all'angolo dell'inizio della strada che è a soli 2 minuti a piedi. Il colazione è servito sul tetto aka del 9° piano che deve salire 1 piano di passi mentre l'ascensore ferma sul 8° piano. Il colazione è in gran parte continentale più un noodle vietnamita. Ho dato suggerimenti per migliorare la varietà del colazione per gli ospiti che soggiornano per più notti, così come per servire Il caffè è migliore (caffè Viet è molto buono che purtroppo non si riflette nel loro colazione). Suggerire di prenotare una camera di famiglia (2 letti matrimoniali e alloggi 4 pax e la camera è doppia) se si viaggia in una festa di 3 o 4 pax . Prenota presto perché ci sono solo 2 camere familiari.
