Good place to just, newly renovated. But the restaurant only serve 1 main course in the morning, i dyou don’t like, you will need to find other. And a lot stuff to repair in the room, the door, the clogged basin etc. spend me 1 day to supervise the technician to repair.

We stayed here as a family and appreciated the apartment-style layout, which makes it a good option for families. The rooms are recently renovated, and towels are fresh and new, which added a nice touch. However, there are a few downsides worth mentioning: • The bathrooms are extremely small, which may be uncomfortable, especially for families. • While the hotel advertises having a kitchen, it’s very minimally equipped—only 2 cups provided for 4 guests, and most utensils seem to be in sets of two, even though the apartment had two double beds. There’s also no dish soap, sponge, or basic supplies, so anything you use is left dirty unless you bring your own cleaning items. • The cleaning service is extremely limited. It basically consists of emptying the toilet bin and making the bed. The kitchen is left untouched, even if messy, and things like empty soda cans or general surface mess are not cleared. It’s the bare minimum level of cleaning I’ve experienced in a hotel setting

Firstly the breakfast is not interesting, only 1-2 main food . Secondly , I stay beside the room beside the site staff room , their staff on the video so loid even at 12 midnight and create irritating noise

Terrible experience from the receptionist and management. Extended my stay a couple of times, despite booking the same room type. Every time I extend my stay I will get a disturbing early morning wake up call from receptionist or an irritating knock on my room door urging to change rooms. Getting kicked around the building changing rooms is definitely a joke despite extending on the same room type. Total room changes was 5 different rooms on a week of staying in this establishment. Got Shuffled by the receptionist through different floors and corridors changing different rooms almost daily! It was an utter terrible experience and my first time having this issue after staying at different hotels for more than a decade.

This was my third hotel during my 10 days stay in Saigon. The first one (Avanti) did not look anything like an online picture. The second hotel (California) was great, but I wanted get seaways from busy district 1. Lavis 18 is located in District 3, which is 5 min. Grab ride to the heart of District 1. This hotel room is studio apartment and more than large enough for 1 or 2 people. The room was prestine with a laundry washer, kitchen with basic stuffs and large fridge. There was some butt stains on the sofa, but not a big deal. The gym has a bench with many dumbells and a treadmill. The pool is clean and with working steam and dry sauna. The neighborhood is very local with many shops and eateries in every alleyway. Supermarket, ma assage, countless cafes are in short walk distance. If you decide to district 1, you will run into this tall tree lined street. Very scenic. Great for family with kids. Friendly staff. Well kept facilities. I highly recommend this residence hotel for every aspect of travelers.

The counter staff was very helpful in booking for our transport. Door man was friendly and always there to open the doors for us. Bed was comfortable just sofa has stain. The cleaner forget to throw away the rubbish in the kitchen.
