the most terrible apartments I've ever seen, sanitary conditions are awful, and the staff’s srrvice attitude is unfriendly, coming to ask to open the door scared me. I booked 3 nights but after the first night I checked out immediately. the apartment stuff only agree 1night refund which is very rude and unreasonable.
这家是黑点，卫生环境特别差，烤箱也坏了一直在发出异响，拖鞋特别脏，房间卫生也是特别糟糕，浴巾很小且很脏，态度还很差，知道我们要提前退房，直接上门来找，不开门就一直敲门，最后付了3晚的钱，酒店说只能退最后一晚，前提是第二晚不能住才给退一晚，这家店坚决抵制，住的担惊受怕，大家千万别踩雷

Enjoyed stay in landmark area. It is a cosy studio apartment. Is a home stay. Is link to a big and modern shopping mall. Is very convenient and a good stay.

房東服務極差，還好有攜程安排處理，攜程服務態度很好，入住時連打掃都沒有，然後房東一付要住不住隨便你，訊息回覆被動，電話故意不接，如果英文不是太好，實在不建議入住，房東英文差，溝通很不順暢，個人不會再來住了。

這個 Landmark 81 是越南最高樓，就是一棟公寓，硬件裝修還是不錯的。入住前需要聯繫房東，把訂單截圖發給房東，然後在一樓信箱拿門卡，否則你沒法坐電梯去你的樓層。
1、衞生很差，我到了掀開被子一看，床單是前面人睡過的，盡然沒更換。
2、別想有什麼服務了，換個床單等了半個小時。
3、定這個公寓完全是因為同事覺得這個有洗衣機，結果我的洗衣機是壞的。
4、別看攜程上的圖片，問了房東，泳池是不能使用的。
5、樓底下有商場，吃飯方便，價格和國內的商場差不多。
6、大家看下其他差評，不建議來住；來旅遊的建議住市中心，也方便。

레지던스 형태라 카드키로 현관 출입이 가능한데 카드키가 내내 작동하지 않았어요. 출입을 할 때마다 매번 카드키가 작동되는 사람을 기다려야 했네요. 문제점을 어핑했지만 숙박기간 내내 해결해주지 않았어요. 상식적인 대응은 아니네요.

我預訂的3居室，到達告訴我沒有房間，需要我去隔壁樓，第二天再換過來
原因衹是因為上一家出價高，續住了
然後我説不同意，給我又安排了，結果還是不行
最逗的是，他以為親自派人來面談能成交……什麼邏輯啊
然後當晚，又告訴我有房了，住不住
真是讓我驚訝了，房東掉錢眼了吧
最後我衹能訂了隔壁酒店，用了他一個一居室，然後就是各種聯繫不上房東
攜程在當中幫忙協調積極，服務好
很感謝攜程，出門用攜程比旅行社安全多了
