Positivo: - Su nostra richiesta la reception ha stampato per noi due volte alcuni documenti, gratuitamente - Se ti piace fare festa fino alle 3 del mattino, allora è il posto perfetto per te, proprio sulla via delle feste Negativo: - La biancheria da letto aveva una macchia sporca gigante che non si lavava via dall'uso precedente e non si chiudeva intorno alla fodera. Ho chiesto di cambiare le lenzuola, ma si sono rifiutati, dicendo che avevamo prenotato "solo" per 4 giorni e che non includeva il cambio delle lenzuola. Ho spiegato che era sporca e mi sono offerto di vedere, ma hanno semplicemente detto "No" - La sezione doccia perdeva nel resto del bagno attraverso un buco tra il vetro protettivo e il muro a livello del pavimento. La zona principale del bagno non ha scarico, l'acqua si accumulava fino a mezzo cm di altezza, quindi dopo ogni doccia dovevamo raccogliere tutta l'acqua usando un asciugamano per i piedi, lavando di fatto il pavimento del bagno a mano. - Se ti piace andare a letto presto, allora non fa per te. Hotel situato in una via delle feste, musica a tutto volume fino alle 3 del mattino

Nice hotel near by the party area and drinking places. Right in the city center so there are many option for food and drinks.

NYC location.... Good service

We were very happy with our stay at the Green Star Hotel. Our double room was spacious, and came with a comfy bed, a window (natural light, yay), a seating option, a bathroom with a separate shower (that does not flood the bathroom) and some storage space. The aircon was not the strongest but worked well overall. The receptionist and cleaning ladies were very friendly. There is a lift up to the 7th floor, so you won't need to carry up your luggage lots of stairs. Also, there's a really cool bar with great views on the rooftop. They have happy hour from 5-9pm.

A little to close to the night life and noise for us. Unsure of locations in HCM city so caught out with this location. Had a bathroom issue but that was promptly fixed. Thank you. Room on 7th floor which was good. Room size was generous and all else satisfactory.

Great location if you like to party.. the rooftop bar was surprisingly nice.

good location near terminal bus station and bu vien road good price room need new paint but i don't care ...new furniture... with safety box & hot water in the bath . many restaurants around. with many massage shop . near park for jogging or exercise

Hotel is clean n convenient location

Great place everything is this easy , staff are very friendly 

To be honest it will be 8/10 for a 3 star hotel, if it wasn’t for the noise beside the hotel. Location is perfect but to near to a party street . Good for a night for hang over but anything longer sadly no. Heard that is best to have a higher floor or the side facing off the party area will be quieter .
