I recently stayed at M Village Hai Bà Trưng, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and well-maintained, offering a cozy and comfortable stay in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service—especially from the lady at the front desk named Rosie . She was incredibly attentive, professional, and welcoming, making me feel valued as a guest. From the moment I arrived, she ensured that everything was taken care of, providing helpful recommendations and always greeting me with a warm smile. Her level of service truly elevated my stay and made it even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-designed, with thoughtful amenities that made my stay comfortable. The location is also a plus, with easy access to great cafes, restaurants, and attractions in District 1. Overall, I highly recommend M Village Hai Bà Trưng, not just for its great facilities but for the exceptional hospitality. A big thank you to the front desk team for making my experience so memorable!

A super nice boutique hotel in the centre of HCMC, with nearly all main tourist attractions and shopping areas within walking distance. Cute room and terrace views of the opera house is the best part of our trip. The front desk is also extremely nice and helpful. Staying here is definitely a plus for our holiday. High recommended.

Signature M is a comfortable and clean hotel, room size is cozy enough, air cons unit functions perfectly. Location is perhaps one of the best choice in district 1 and nearby to couple of good restaurants next to it. Can’t forget to talk about service, Signature M is famous for its super lovely and attentive concierge service, shout out to Rosie and Naccy, they were so helpful and consistently carrying a big smile every time they greet me, just made my day! Thank you for the great service and will be back again!

Service and location of this hotel was amazing! The team contacted me through WhatsApp, before, during, and after my stay to make sure that I was having a good experience with the hotel and it was much appreciated. The hotel’s location is in the heart of HCM (District 1) making it a breeze to go to multiple tourist attractions. You can find every type of Vietnamese food within walking distance and they’re all very good! One thing that the hotel can improve on is their room design. There was a big gap between my mattress and the headboard, so my pillows could’ve easily fallen through the gap. We tried to push the bed closer to the headboard, but it wasn’t possible. The light switches near the bed are located behind the headboard. This makes it slightly do officially to turn off the light when I was already in bed. There’s also no exhaust fan for the condensation from the shower to get out, but the strong AC was able to make up for that. I think the room design could be better and that’s something the hotel can fix in the long run.  For the price that I paid, I was happy with my stay.

The hotel is in very good location in the central of the city and the hotel service is excellent. The hotel is heritage hotel you would be love if you like it traditional stuff.
