Very great experience, helpful stuff, in the middle of cities, can walk to the market

The hotel was very new and comfortable. My family and I enjoyed staying there!

My stay at the hotel was overall quite pleasant. However, there were a few aspects that could be improved for a better experience. Firstly, I encountered some difficulty with GrabCar drivers finding the hotel location, which could be addressed with clearer signage or additional guidance for drivers. Secondly, the breakfast hours could be extended until 10:30 AM rather than the current 9:30 AM. This would provide guests with a bit more flexibility, especially those who prefer a later start to their day. Additionally, I was not informed by the hotel receptionist about the one-time complimentary mini-bar in the room. Based on the notice in the room, I initially thought the mini-bar only contained room-temperature snacks and drinks. However, upon checking out, I realized it also included bottled water and soft drinks in the refrigerator. A clearer explanation at check-in would have been appreciated. Oh, and one more thing—the tiles in the bathroom are extremely slippery. I accidentally slipped while in the bathroom, which could potentially lead to a safety issue for guests. This is something that should definitely be addressed. These are minor points, but they would certainly enhance the overall guest experience. Thank you for your attention to these matters.
