Hotel rich grand is a group of scammers. I made a prepaid booking through trip.com for 17th nov and arrived hotel at 2am due to heavy traffic but when we reached the hotel they denied to check in by saying room is already soldout to someone else after a few minutes of discussion they offer us another room for additional 2600INR for another room. But when I reached out to trip.com for the redundancy they end up giving false statement and refused to refund my payments by claiming room was provided to the guest as agreed.

位置不在市中心 要搭Uber 附近也沒有吃的東西 但是房間裡還蠻乾淨的 沒有附衛生紙，這件要注意一下

The price of the hotel is very good. The facilities and service of the hotel were good. They had observed the cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel staff is good.

The services of hotel are superb and the location and room is very nice. The receptionist, moinuddin did very well he is a nice guy and the behaviour was good. So, everything was really very good i suggest to every one to avail the services once they come to agra.

Hotel is very good to stay with reasonable price and hotel staff and service is very good near by tajmahal. Room and washroom were clean and hotel maintains hygiene. From my side i suggest to stay there if you are planning for visiting agra

There Staff is very good and corporative, luxury stay at great value we will stay again. Good Food and tasty, we also enjoy swimming pool with food. Rooftop is also clean and nice. Reception staff is very helpful us to travel around. Full Recommendation
