Nel complesso è un buon posto in cui soggiornare e c'è una bella vista sulla città. Tuttavia, a volte potrebbe essere un po' rumoroso poiché ci sono alcuni bar nelle vicinanze. Suonano la musica a volume molto alto durante la notte. L'asciugamano nella nostra camera presenta delle macchie evidenti che non sono molto soddisfatto della pulizia.

Gli addetti alla reception sono scortesi e poco amichevoli. C'è un odore molto cattivo e umido mescolato nella stanza, quindi ho chiesto di cambiare stanza perché soffro di asma, ma l'addetta alla reception non è contenta ed è piuttosto scortese con me, non si è scusata per eventuali disagi causati quando Le ho detto che la stanza aveva un odore molto cattivo e umido, lei mi ha chiesto che tipo di cattivo odore quindi le ho chiesto di andare nella stanza per vedere che tipo di odore. Non è disposta a cambiare camera, ho prenotato una camera queen e le ho chiesto di cambiare camera doppia, ha detto che la tariffa della camera doppia non è la stessa della camera queen e devo pagare un extra per cambiare una camera doppia. Ho controllato online, la camera matrimoniale è più costosa della camera doppia, non capisco perché mi ha chiesto di pagare un extra. Alla fine mi ha cambiato una camera doppia senza pagare extra ma non ero soddisfatto del suo servizio. Non è d'aiuto e crea problemi invece di aiutarmi a risolvere il problema. La camera doppia è ok ma molto obsoleta. La posizione non è comoda. Sono molto deluso.

The location is bang in the middle of the city centre so it is well connected. Check in was smooth and we were allotted a room with an amazing view. There are additional amenities like a locker as well as an ironing board in the room. The breakfast spread had a delicious range from bakery, cereals, fruits, even waffles!! Overall, a lovely stay at Hampton😊

The staff were polite and friendly, the location was great as right near the arena. We were given a disabled room which was large and on the 4th floor as I requested a low floor. However, I had no sleep as net curtains up and blind didn’t pull down. Also, breakfast was fairly chaotic the next morning. You literally have to do everything yourself eg make your own hot drinks, roast your bread. I personally prefer it cooked to order or at least for them to bring you toast and coffee, which is what I’d expect for nearly £150 for the night. Overall, I think it’s overpriced and I would not stay here again!
