It was the best winter vacation. This hotel offers you absolutely everything. Excellent location, beautiful and perfectly cleaned room, great staff, wellness including infinity pool amazing, breakfast offered absolutely everything.

Very good accommodation conditions, all the staff were friendly without exception. The breakfast didn't have much variety but it was enough for a family with children. Very good location to the ski area. Very good spa for relaxation. We will be back next year.

We had a four night stay at Triforet in September. Whilst our chalet had good amenities and was well furnished our overall enjoyment was spoilt by the number of children at this hotel. The staff were great but this is not a hotel for couples or indeed for a relaxing holiday. The restaurant serves good food but it is not a relaxing experience. We were surrounded by screaming babies, prams and dogs. They even allowed dogs on the chairs. Staff advised us that they had received many similar complaints. The restaurant could easily be split for families and a separate area for couples to avoid future issues. We were also woken each morning at 5am by vehicles by the side of our chalet.If you are looking for peace and quiet you should avoid this hotel. On checkout we asked for our concerns to be raised as a complaint. No response from the hotel

Recently stayed at Triforêt and while the hotel's facilities were clean and pleasant, our overall experience was soured by the behavior of the housekeeping staff. We had a few simple requests that we politely asked the housekeeping department to fulfill, but unfortunately, we were met with disrespect. The manager and an assistant showed up to our room, speaking in their native language in front of us, which we found to be very offensive. We had asked for some basic amenities, but they denied our requests with an attitude that was unprofessional and unwelcoming. In fact, when they left our room, they were laughing together, which was quite telling. As paying guests, we expect a certain level of service and respect . Unfortunately, Triforêt failed to deliver on this front. Despite the hotel's nice amenities and good food at the restaurant. In my opinion, it's a shame that a nice hotel like Triforêt would employ staff who can't provide a positive experience for their guests. We would not recommend staying here unless you're prepared for potentially run-ins with unprofessional staff.

Amazing experience - design, architecture and setting are spectacular. Food and drink a fabulous experience. Service try and error, mind you it was only open for a few weeks. The skiing was outstanding - plenty of opportunities for all levels in the family. But the best is the tranquility at night, on top of the mountain, close to heaven.

Einfach wunderbar! Service top und sehr freundlich, Zimmer schön und gemütlich- habe sehr gut geschlafen; Spa-Bereich mit Alpenblick und professionell gemachte Yoga-Einheiten waren Highlights, ebenso das köstliche Essen! Es gibt sogar eine beschneite Langlaufloipe. Kleiner Tipp: Mehr Haken im Spabereich für Handtücher wären gut und die Räume sind fast zu gut geheizt. (Das ist aber Kritik auf allerhöchstem Niveau.)

Einzigartige Kombination aus Ruhe und Natur pur, zollen Wellnessmöglichkeiten, Wandern, Yoga und Wintersport. Spannende Architektur, sehr gutes Essen, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Alleine die Anfahrt mit der Gondelbahn ist ein Erlebnis. Große Empfehlung!

Alles war ausgezeichnet. Frühstück, abendessen... zimmer, pool, staff. Die lage und nur mindestens schrits zu die Pisten. Hotel is sehr bequem und ich komme immer wieder. Die rezeption ist immer in betrieb und die damen sind sehr hilfsbereit.

Das Restaurant liegt außerhalb des Hauptgebäudes. Dort gibt es leider auch das Frühstück. Man muss durch das Hotelgelände im Freien über Schotterwege laufen, die zum Teil nicht geräumt waren, um dort hinzugelangen. Die Speisekarte im Restaurant „Hutterer“ ist klein bietet nichts Außergewöhnliches. Die Suiten sind sehr dunkel und werden nur auf Anfrage gereinigt. Kein Luxus-Konzept, aber Luxus-Preise!
