PLEASE NOTE; POOL/SPA HEAT; 4/1 - 5/15 $100 per day (spa only $40/day); 5/15 - 10/31 $60 per day (spa only $40/day); 11/1 - 11/30 $100 per day (spa only $40/day). 12/1 - 4/1 -no pool heat, spa $50/day. NO animals! Guests are responsible for any damage. We have engaged a local cleaning company to ensure the property clean and in working order when you arrive.. I also have an inspector come in AFTER it is cleaned to make sure it is clean to my standards and to go over anything that is missed. Pest control sprays the outside for mosquitoes once a month...April - October, however, we do not guarantee mosquito free. A welcome packet is provided approx. 30 days prior to your arrival date.
