Nice place accessible bar and restaurant. The room smells nice and clean beddings. We will go back again.

I try to find positive in every motel. This one had great showers! We were in a studio unit. The mattress should have been thrown in the landfill years ago. After complaining they changed us to a second studio unit for the next night. Once again the mattress was well passed it's use by date.

Hotel was fine for a reasonable cost and handy to restaurants.

A real shocker, avoid. We want a refund…

Definetly recommend to stay

The room we booked looked nothing like the photos at all, no where to even sit in the room, we left after being there for 10 minutes, took a few days and lots of different excuses to get a refund, at least we got it back.

Rooms were nice and staff were very kind and helpful was a bit aloud with next door neighbor but was very accessible and a short walk for some food plus the pool and restaurants were easily accessible overall great stay would recommend staying there again 4 out of 5

Great kitchenette, rooms not affected by the hotel noise. Would have liked to have been able to order a newspaper

Very suitable room for our brief Auckland stay. Despite backing onto the pool area and being on a main road, the nights we stayed were very quiet, plus the beds were comfortable and a heat pump was a useful addition. The only downside was the wetroom shower, which had very slippery and uneven tiled flooring - the water didn't get directed to the drain, leaving the floor very wet and pooling around the toilet. Also the water temperature fluctuated drastically, quickly becoming burning hot with no time to move out of the way or change the setting, then reducing in heat again. I think these issues need to be looked at before someone gets hurt.

it's dirty.

Very unclean - fridge, shower, dust and build up everywhere, glass rings on the furniture, stove top and rangehood, , cigarette butts everywhere in the sheltered stair cases, no smoke alarms in room, uncomfortable beds, room stinks of air freshener - so much so that my own linen needs cleaning, broken lamps next to bed. yes its cheap but heck its gross

We had to stay an extra night, and thankfully we were able to get another room. Unfortunately no apartments, which we stayed in the previous night, were available so had to stay in a studio room. Unfortunately the studio room wasn't very pleasant. The bathroom had mould all up the walls. Bathroom basin had lots of hair around it on arrival. We felt that it just really needed a good clean and a refurbish. An update of the rooms seems to be needed. The positives however, would be the fantastic staff, who were welcoming, friendly and informative. Plenty of eating places and a gas station nearby. A quick commute to Southern Cross Hospital and the Northern Motorway.
