This 10,000 sq/ft home rests on an acre and a quarter and is nestled in the small, historic polygamist town of Hildale. Our home boasts of 6 spacious rooms with private bath and 2 studio apartments. It has 2 shared lounges and a kitchen and kitchenette for guests’ shared use.You can tour the town with it’s beautiful parks and hikes that are within walking distance, or a short drive, to the famous Water Canyon trailhead or detour to the near Maxwell park and hike, the more difficult than Angel’s Landing, El Capitan. This is a gorgeous, brand new home in a beautiful area. There is so much to do here. You're 55 minutes from Zions or Sand Hallow or Quail Creek State Park. Not to mention an abundance of parks, hiking, biking, atv trails within minutes. This area has an amazing history. There are cool food places nearby and a bunch of nice, quirky folks to chat with.The master bedroom has a comfy king size bed, TV, balcony and gorgeous shower and tub. Awesome for relaxing after a long day out adventuring. The 2 other rooms have comfy queen beds and a TV to watch your favorite shows. The Kitchen and Living Room are in an open space. You can make dinner or get take out from one of the cool joints near by while your family watches a show or plays games. The backyard is a work in progress, not really a hangout spot. You are welcome to though if you like, we have folding chairs available. We are still working out the landscaping. At this stay you will experience the warmth of a real fire burning stove, breath taking mountain views, enjoy a sunrise or sunset as well as a night of star gazing on our observation deck. In this real wood interior & exterior cabin you will have central heating in each bedroom and living room, with a full kitchen & dish washer along with a washer & dryer. A private back yard with seating. If in bad weather there will be board games, books and a TV. All food/ingredients in the house is for you to use/eat free of charge. You will have complementary raw dairy products from the local dairy (Finney Farm)is in the fridge. Gas for the grill is provided here for your convenience.
