"本身有拍片，不過唔知係咪片太大，唔比我放 呢間野係應該揸車黎先方便，有免費停車場 屋入面唔著得鞋，拖鞋都唔比，行李箱佢會抹左個轆先比去房，上一樓無電梯，條樓梯好窄，所以拎行李箱上落要小心 有門禁，11點後就不可外出，外出要歸還鎖匙 因為呢間係日本既舊屋既民宿，所以每行一步都有聲，同隔意好差，不過我唔介意 呢到係剩係包你面巾同牙刷，其他要比錢買，浴室有沖涼，洗頭液，沖涼要落樓下沖，得兩格沖涼，有一格有呢浴缸 廁所地下一樓各一個 冷氣好夠凍，不過我間房既冷氣吹住個頭 電視要係公共空間一齊用 店員好好笑容好好禮貌"

"Per la prima volta, vengo liberamente con la famiglia a Wu Wu, il panorama è bello, il servizio è gentile, ci sono molte comode auto da baciare. La zuppa di Wu è un bellissimo panorama del lago di Wu. Vale la pena godere. Ci sono lavastoviglie e lavastoviglie da usare!Grazie per il vostro servizio di attenzione."

"미나미히코네역에서 가깝고 직원들이 무척 친절하고 지나갈때마다 인사를 했다.아침식사는 별로 먹지 않았는데 내 입맛에는 별로였다.2층 끝방이라 전철 소리가 크게 들렸다.로비에 베개나 잠옷도 비치되어있고 화장품이나 마스크팩 등 다양해서 좋았고 음료 서비스도 있어서 좋았다.번호로 문을 열고 청소해달라는 표시를 안하면 문 앞에 새 수건을 갖다 주고 방안에 들어오지 않아서 편리했다"

"学生の部活団体客が宿泊していることをチェックイン時に知らされた。 食堂、大浴場とも修学旅行状態でダラダラと利用され、一般客が利用するタイミングなし。 ホテル側は団体客の利用時間制限を設け、部活引率者は一般客に迷惑をかけないような配慮に欠けていた。 女性大浴場も学生たちがふざけて利用していた為、入り口のパスコードパネルも壊す始末。広島の某学校は反省いただきたい。 室内（デスク、窓際、壁際の床）の埃、特にエアコンは表面も吹き出し口も吐き気するほど真っ黒な埃がこびりついていて、全国のルートインを利用しているが最もレベルの低いホテルだった。 二度と利用しない。"

"Place was extremely convenient, next to Hikone station and walking distance from almost all of Hikone's attractions (Castle, food street etc.) To enjoy Lake Biwa, you can get a rental cycle for free, you just need to check with the concierge 😄 Other than that, the residents of Hikone were really friendly, even at non-touristy restaurants and izakayas. I had a great stay."

"La colazione è molto buona e anche l'esperienza delle terme è molto buona. Non c'era nessuno quando sono andato lì, era solo un charter. La posizione è proprio in riva al lago, comoda e tranquilla, c'è un 7-11 accanto, puoi fare dei semplici acquisti. La proprietaria dell'hotel è una nonna gentile e amabile, che può consigliarci attività locali in un inglese semplice. Le sono molto grato per essersi preso cura di lei per alcuni giorni."

"After a crowded Kyoto, I love the peaceful and tranquil environment of this beautiful onsen hotel-ryokan and charming castle town. Everything about the hotel speaks of relaxation and well-being. It's only a 7-8min walk away from Hikone Train Station but there is a hotel shuttle that leaves at 9, 10 and 11 am if you need a drop off. Pick up could probably be arranged too. The hotel offers a pretty outdoor terrace with Castle view, an on-site spa with massage, a library lounge with free drinks till 10pm, a foot reflex corner and a compact onsen with a silk bath (all with Castle view) and hot stone benches. I had the whole onsen to myself in the evening, so it was very relaxing. The staff are kind and lovely too, making an effort to explain all the services and amenities in English. The buffet breakfast was also one of the better ones I've seen in my trips to Japan. If you're visiting the Castle, the entrance road is right outside the hotel. The main castle road is about 5-10 min away but you will pass by a famous Japanese confectionery, Taneya and Club Harie. Their souvenirs are one that even the Japanese cherish. I would wish to come here again with my partner one day. Thank you for the wonderful stay."
