各方面與價格不匹配，給我們的房間兩個空調都是壞的，讓換房間不給換，非要叫人來修，弄得滿地都是水，不建議來住，照片肯定是好看的，但是都是假象

Eccellente staff e suite spettacolare. Cucina ottima, chef e barman bravissimi, e tutto il personale squisito e cordiale. Un grazie particolare ai ragazzi Hirush e Lakshitha per la gentilezza dimostrata. Ci avete fatto sentire tutti a casa! Grazie!

We stayed for a week at the lovely Crystal sands. The room was amazing. Way too big for the two of us. But the balcony and pool, with those views were stunning. The staff were very pleasant. Could be more helpful and always smiling. They arranged a Tuk Tuk driver for us to get around and he really looked after. Taking us down town when we wanted to go out and a tour of Galle. The food on the restaurant was lovely. From traditional Sri Lankan food to yummy western food too. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had the best experience ever at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome, and the hospitality only got better. The staff here are incredibly friendly and supportive, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The stunning sea view from my room was breathtaking—waking up to that view every day was a dream come true. Not to mention, the rooftop restaurant and bar is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The atmosphere, the food, the cocktails—all perfect, especially with that panoramic ocean backdrop. A special shout-out to the restaurant manager (Raveen Koswatta), who is so flexible and accommodating. He literally made my day extra happy, adjusting plans to fit my needs and ensuring everything went smoothly. If you're looking for a perfect stay, this hotel is a must! ＜3

It was a really good hotel with all latest facilities . We had a good time especially my Little daughter enjoyd the plunge pool the entire two days we stayed. We got the sand suite. The spa experience was also really good . The entire staff are really friendly and they looked into our needs really carefully . The food was fantastic and the chef and the entire team was good..tje presantation was good

I went to crystal sands with my family. Great destination to spend holidays. We booked 03 bedroom family room.It's clean & luxurious. Restaurant view is amazing with sunset. We all are very happy with the staff & their service. Special thanks for dilshan in the reception, he take care us like his family. Food was very tasty & fresh. Thank you for your great service. 😎☺️👌👍

Spent an amazing 4 days at Crystal sands. The staff and service was impressive and consistent. The food and amenities were excellent and we were very well looked after by Dilki from the Restaurant who served us ever so willingly and with a smile. Her attention to detail and efficiency was outstanding and she made us feel at home. Our in Overall it was a very relaxing holiday and we will be visiting again very soon !

We had a wonderful time at crystal sands.Since we arrived to the hotel we had a marvelous experience. Foods , Hospitality, cleanliness was brilliant. Special thanks for Dilshan at reception. We will come back again. Thank you crystal sands👍😘❤️💕
