"Viviamo in una stanza con letti matrimoniali, con studenti di base e tre genitori e bambini.C'è un problema nella fase di sonno degli studenti di base, ma un adulto deve dormire sul pavimento, che è molto piccolo. Anche se è davanti alla strada, le finestre sono doppie pianure, quindi non devi preoccuparti del rumore della strada.C'è abbastanza parcheggio privato, quindi è facile trasportare i bagagli in estate. La colazione è 500 yen, il numero e la qualità del progetto sono buoni! La voce dei dipendenti dell'hotel è molto entusiasta, i bambini sono felici. Lavastoviglie (spazzole) sono molto attentamente e aiutanti. "Do note that it is outskirts of hiji, driving at night is quite quiet. The hotel doesn’t have private bath in the room so do take note as showering will be shared under traditional public bath house. Family bath house is available for booking only, which the staff let us use it during the two nights there. Thank you for the great service!"

"The closest hotel to Harmonyland which allows you to take taxi to and from the theme park at a reasonable price. The hotel basically provides everything from snacks, drinks and meals all day including dinner and breakfast, everything was excellent. I was aware that Mercure is an international hotel chain thus the vibes of the hotel itself can’t truly be entirely Japanese. However, I was still very satisfied with my stay overall. I was so lucky to see some cherry blossom trees still in their peak at the hotel parking lot while the peak of most other trees in different areas had already passed. The hotel also offers free shuttle from and to Beppu Station which we found to be very helpful."

Awesome lobby, incredible seaview, great service, competent and very polite staff, good food, room very clean, onsen is great with free branded amenities choices 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. location is a bit off, fortunately have shuttle. Special thanks to Harada san 👍🏻👍🏻 helped to arrange smooth transfer from hotel to airport. Appreciate the hospitality from quite a number of multilingual staff 👏🏻👏🏻. Onsen is great, unlimited free drinks! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻coffee, coke, green tea, etc 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Breakfast is good, value for money, nice to try. Dinner is 90-mins semi buffet, no choice for the set, special arrangement if you don’t eat beef, but take some time. Lots of wine varieties, if you don’t drink alcohol, the dinner price is NOT worth. My comment: Highly recommended. need to have car, my case is with sudden car break down with no replacement. Grandvrio did a great job!👏🏻👏🏻"

"Such a quaint Japanese home. Hot spring bath was huge and can fit more than 1 person. Comes with a huge parking lot...however the street leading to the villa was very narrow. It was a huge challenge for us with a 7-seater MPV."
