Very large scale resort. All the facilities have been renovated It is very rare to find hotel rooms that are larger than 30 sq.m in Japan The snake corner at lounge are great My family and I had a good time staying at this hotel

Beautiful and clean hotel close to Sanrio Land, fun place to be for any Hello Kitty fans. Hotel offers free drinks and snack every night, children friendly hotel.

The room was clean and spacious. We chose a tatami room and the futon was very comfortable. The onsen was big and nice. They also have afternoon and evening bar with snacks, and amasake at the bath. The hotel breakfast was also yummy with many choices.

Very good value for money. Have a large variety of free flow of drinks and snacks at night time. They helped us to throw away our old luggage for free which other hotels were not willing to do. This is a very good gesture and superb customer service by them. Didn’t have time to try out their onsen bath though. Hotel room is big and nice! Highly recommended hotel.

excellent location and view, even no convenient store in the hotel, but the closest one is just opposite the road entrance of the hotel, around 5 min walk

The hotel is not close to the station but can drive there, not enough parking. The carpets are a bit old and dirty but the room cleaness is good with nice view of the train rail. With nice outdoor and indoor hot spring and welcome drink at night.

Location is quiet far from city center but near seaside and onsen is quiet good and breakfast it okay

I got a huge room measuring more than 40 sq meters with view to the sea and the landscape. We like the complimentary snack serving 2 times each night. The breakfast dinning hall is huge with a large varieties Japanese and Western food.

room was quite old, hallway looks a bit gross but restaurant was newly renovated. the air conditioning in the room was very weak

Spent 2 nights here after the weather turned bad whilst we were supposed to be camping, the onsen was amazing with both massive indoor and outdoor pools, and so were the free alcoholic drinks and snacks at the lounge between certain hours. Room was massive, pretty clean, and had comfy lounge wear. Views were also pretty sick
