Lake Okeechobee is less than an hour away and features the BEST fishing in Florida. Locally, we have the World Famous Sebring Motor Speedway and Lake Lotela and Lake Placid, which have boating, beaches, and great fishing. All TVs are pre-logged into both Netflix and Hulu for free. Whole house State-of-the-art Wifi, all Nest thermostats, and the best feature of all, every mattress minus one is BRAND new and is either a top-of-the-line Fluffy or Purple mattress. Nothing worse than renting a house with a cheap and uncomfortable bed. The house also has ceiling fans in almost every room, pool floats and toys, and a pellet smoker. The house is completely automated and comes with a keyless pad for entry, so you don't have a key to lose.We are local in case of emergencies. Please let us know if you need anything. Please don't allow kids in the pool without supervision, and please don't use the dumb waiter, as it is not yet operational. The garage is not accessible because homeowners store their belongings there. The coat closet is also not available for guest use because it is the maid's storage. Our pool company cleans and maintains the pool every Thursday afternoon. We provide linens, towels, three rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and a starter kit.
