The Old Hall Hotel

What can I say the hotel is 10/10 .we got in our room which was lovely the staff decorated it with Happy birthday banners and Happy anniversary banners and balloons for my birthday and anniversary. The hotel is amazing it as a swimming pool jacuzzi steam room and sauna that's most than over hotels have . The food was always good and the breakfast was great . The staff were very friendly and helpful and I would recommend it to anyone. Our room number was number 6 it was a premier suite

The hotel was in a great location for exploring the area, the staff were very friendly and helpful with tips of where to visit, our room was clean and comfortable with A/C, the pool and sauna was a welcome place after days out and about, would definitely book again if in the area.

Loved this hotel. The staff, reception, reception in pool area, bar and restaurant were outstanding. Friendly, helpful and smiling. The room was pleasant the food good, we shared a meal with family we were visiting, there was absolutely nothing remotely negative. Very surprised to be served with entire breakfast, nothing serve yourself and loads of choice. Thank you and well done everybody.

The hotel room was lovely and we had the loveliest surprise of balloons and a banner in our room for our anniversary! We were so touched by this - thank you so much. The breakfast was really lovely and the dinner here was great aswell (make sure you book in advance as it gets busy). We cannot fault anything here - it really was fantastic. The only downside was the fire alarm went off at 5am and we had to evacuate - false alarm so thankfully we could quickly return inside and of course this is not the hotels fault at all, it just happens. Thank you so much for a lovely weekend and we will definitely return.

Had the most amazing stay at The Old Hall hotel, the location was perfect as we was looking for a relaxing break for 2 nights for our 20th anniversary, when we arrived at our room they had kindly decorated it with rose petals on our bed, balloons and a banner, how lovely to walk into that, the room smelt really nice as did the corridors. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were very soft. We made use of the swimming pool, sauna, spa and jacuzzi everyday, the breakfast was absolutely beautiful and lots of choice, the quality of the breakfast was great! It was a nice 10 minute stroll to the lovely beach and the bus stop was 2 minutes walk away, we got the bus into Great Yarmouth, a lovely lady who was working the breakfast shift told us which bus and where. All the staff were very nice even in the spa area, we felt very welcome. Overall loved our stay and we will definitely be returning.

Had an amazing time away this weekend. Premier suite was very spacious and cosy. Breakfast was superb and staff were very welcoming. Nice an quiet area not far away from nearby towns. Would definately be staying there again. Very handy having Branfords bar and restaurant attached which the food dlwas fantastic

Lovely hotel, clean. Exceptionally friendly staff. The food was very good. The pool and spa a nice extra. Would recommended and definitely stay again. Suitable for wheelchair users. The adapted room was well thought out. Central for days out

Clean and comfortable hotel in Caister on Sea with 10 minute walk to beach and good fitness facilities with indoor heated pool , gym, sauna and steam. An anomaly was no telephone in room which the hotel has not had for some time and only one chair in our double room. Good choice of evening meals in Brandon’s Restaurant at the hotel and good service, with the breakfasts being served at your table though some restrictions on what you can have at breakfast. Overall good value for money with the four days with bed and breakfast at £524.00. Regards Gary

We had a couple of nights comfortable stay at the Old Hall Hotel while visiting our son and family staying at a nearby holiday park. Our room was spacious and very clean, and serviced well during our stay. The bed was king sized and very comfortable. Despite the 30 degree heat outside our room was pleasantly cool thanks to the easily operated air conditioning system. The bathroom had a shower in the bath with a shower curtain though there was plenty of room to shower without it clinging to you. There was plenty of room in the car park and a really good choice of breakfast options in the 3 hour window given. We both chose different things for breakfast and everything was well cooked and delicious. We'd definitely recommend a stay in this hotel and advise booking direct with them for the best deal. The price includes free admission to their indoor pool and spa.
