We just wanted to thank you Frankie, and the team at The Norfolk Mead for a fantastic and memorable wedding day on Saturday 7th September 2024. We have had lots of great comments from our friends and family on how spectacular the venue was, the incredible food and helpful staff, and the weather if you arranged that too! We also appreciated your very subtle presence but being on hand to address any of our needs. We would highly recommend The Norfolk Mead Hotel for a wedding venue, or even just a party or afternoon tea, its superb!! Ian & Bex

Just an amazing stay. Staff are all amazing, our suite was stunning. The grounds are brilliant to wander about in. Food was delicious. Spa great and we had couplesxmassage which left us feeling better than for days. All finished off the best afternoon tea there is. Could not find fault anywhere.

I contacted the Mead two days ago to enquire about holding my daughters' christening party in their grounds. My husband and I had our wedding reception here 5 years ago, so as you can imagine this location holds a huge amount of sentiment to us. I was told I would be emailed all the information I needed, so that I could set a date and start planning my event. This did not happen. Having phoned a second time today (48 hours later) I was told that the appropriate team would be made aware of my phone call and I would be contacted later in the day. It is now 8.30pm and I am STILL yet to hear. The Mead clearly do not need my business so I shall now be looking elsewhere. What a shame.

If I could give this establishment 0 Stars then I would..... All I can say is that the Manager/Owner James only likes certain clientele.... The ones with lots of money.... Dare I say if you don't fit in... He will soon tell you to get out.... Some of us perhaps weren't born with a silver spoon in their mouth.....

A very enjoyable stay we had a great room the spar was great food excellent a little expensive though The only problem we had was there lack of communication left a message with them three weeks before stay and they never got back to me also do not tell you about there special offers

I came to a weddingn event here in september 2024, and stayed the night and i have to say service was brilliant, all the staff were so helpful and approachable always happy to help, the venue and rooms were clean and overall i would definitely come again. The food served was so nice and drinks were also very nice, definitely recommend staying,

I was given an ‘Overnight Indulgence’ voucher for my birthday which included a night stay, 2 course a la carte meal, breakfast and a spa treatment for 2. The hotel is set in a beautiful location with part of the Broads running along the bottom of the garden. We stayed in the ‘Rosehip’ room which was lovely and the hand soap smelled delicious. The evening meal was amazing, a nice variety to choose from, service was really good and lovely friendly staff. Breakfast was also really nice. Spa treatment was very relaxing. We will definitely be going back x

We recently stayed at the hotel and was very impressed with the attention to detail that was evident throughout. We stayed in The Hawthorn room, which had a great view over the walled garden. It is very tranquil owing to the trees that surround the buildings. The food was of excellent quality and the spa was a fabulous place to relax. We will definitely be returning.

We had a one night stay in the Chanterelle suite, absolutely beautiful room with lovely views. Weather was perfect to sit on the balcony. Evening meal was lovely, breakfast was too, some of the tastiest food I have eaten. Will definitely return
