Hotel in zona Walgreens, Hialeah

La stanza è molto attenta e molto gentile. La stanza è spaziosa e l'hotel dispone di tutte le strutture, tra cui una sala da fitness 24/hr. Le letti sono confortevoli con legno di crispy, ma è un impianto datato che ha bisogno di un cambiamento di tappeto e di una modernizzazione di alcuni bagni. Bella hotel, comodo per essere in pasto, perché è vicino all'aeroporto! Costo basso per i prezzi di Miami e con un ottimo colazione incluso. Come punto negativo, il WiFi che danno è molto cattivo.

Il personale dell'hotel è molto buono, soprattutto la giovane donna cilena. Le camere sono un po' date, ma la doccia era grande e il letto era comodo. Assaporazione e spazio di parcheggio gratuito all'aeroporto

Molti lavori di costruzione senza essere nel migliore delle aree è un bel hotel con tonnellate di attrezzature e è molto vicino all'aeroporto! Nessun servizio in camera quando ci siamo fermati. Gli hanno dato buoni da bere gratis che è un plus.

Molto bello e facile da raggiungere. Le camere erano molto pulite e spaziose. Hanno un piccolo bar/restaurante nel lobby per comprare cibo o bevande e sul lato vendono anche snack e bevande. Buona posizione. Il checkin facile è stato controllato un po 'prima del tempo che era perfetto. Non è stato possibile utilizzare la piscina perché era piovendo ma sembra bello. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN AND WE ARE IN MIAMI EVERY YEAR FOR AN ANNUAL EVENT. I wanted a hotel near the Hard Rock Stadium and saw the Stadium Hotel was close by. Many of the other more well-known hotels were further away and more expensive. Eventually I realized why the Stadium was less expensive. Read on… Unfortunately, two hotel employees (security and whoever supervises security) ruined our experience. Despite ALL the other employees we interacted with being VERY helpful and polite, will we never be returning to Stadium Hotel. Halfway through our stay, we decided to extend our visit by one more night. I personally went down to the front desk to confirm availability and extend my reservation. The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant, entered the information into the computer and told me I was “all set.” Several mornings later, at the time we would have been checking out had we not extended our reservation, (I was at a job off the hotel grounds) my wife was working remotely from our room. A woman showed up at the door to “remind” us it was time to checkout. My wife explained that we had extended our reservation and been told we were all set. The woman said she would let the management know. My wife then got on a very important Zoom but was interrupted by incessant calls to the room by the front desk. She directed them to call me on my cell, but explained I was working and it may take me a few minutes to respond. One minute after my wife hung up, she got yet another call badgering her saying we had not yet paid for the upcoming extra night. My wife got hold of me via text and I called the front desk from my cellphone. The front desk told me they had no record of my extension because I had not paid for the upcoming night. I told them when I extended no one told me I had to prepay and that I was told I was all set. I said they could run my credit card on file if they needed payment immediately. They said I had to be there to sign, but it could be taken care of when I returned in a few hours, not to worry. Yet, just two minutes after I hung up with the front desk, my wife got call after call stating we hadn’t paid and I had to pay right then in person. My wife yet again explained and offered to go down with her credit card, but they said they would not accept it because I had the reservation (which of course makes no sense since they also claimed I didn’t have a reservation). She explained I had spoken with someone just a few minutes ago who said I could take care of it in a few hours, and that she could not keep answering the phone because she was on a work Zoom. She asked to speak to a manager (who she could hear in the background was the one insisting the front desk keep calling her), but the manager did not take her call and sent her to voicemail. Five minutes after my wife was sent to voicemail, there was a knock on the door. Again, she interrupted her Zoom. This time security was at the door.

Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno. L'hotel è vicino alle strade principali se andate in centro a Miami o altrove. La colazione inclusa era essenziale e con prodotti e offerte di alta qualità. L'unica osservazione è che devi richiedere il servizio di pulizia della camera con 24 ore di anticipo o non verranno a pulire il bagno e svuotare i bidoni della spazzatura. Mi andava bene non cambiare lenzuola e asciugamani ogni giorno per motivi ecologici, ma suggerirei alla reception di ricordare agli ospiti questa pulizia su richiesta. Tuttavia, quando abbiamo chiesto la pulizia della camera il giorno prima della nostra partenza, la reception lo ha gentilmente fatto accadere lo stesso giorno. Ci tornerò al mio prossimo viaggio.
