Holiday Inn Express & Suites Burley

Everything was amazing. I only docked the cleanliness because the garbage can outside the elevator on the 2nd floor was overflowing for at least 12 hours and it stunk like bad Chinese food

We loved the help yourself coffee and tea station. There were lots of options. The breakfast was the best I have been offered at any Hotel. They even had egg white omelets and turkey sausage along with regular eggs and sausage.

Breakfast was great- many options! Only complaint was the directions to the hotel parking lot. Need to access from frontage road. We had to drive past the hotel and come back around to get to the hotel.

Reception was warm, courteous and friendly, even though we were late arriving. When asked she cheerfully brought an extra blanket to our room. The room was clean and well supplied with everything we needed. Overall, an excellent experience.

Clean, great staff and as hotel breakfast goes…excellent! Perfect for a family, we didn’t swim, maybe next time…we have stayed twice and will be back!

Property was excitement! Staff was very friendly! They only problem I had was that your website sends you to the wrong address when you hit “directions”. It says 801 Overland when it should say 801 North Overland. And trying to get connected with the actual hotel was hellish! That needs to be so much easier.

Staff was really helpful when I got locked out of my room. I was really grateful for that.

The hotel was nice and clean. I was very disappointed in the breakfast and the breakfast staff. They had 45 minutes left to serve breakfast and they wouldn’t bring any new food out. Pancake mix was all gone, pastries were all gone, most of the hot food was gone. The kid helping with breakfast acted like you were inconveniencing him if you needed something. Other than that the rest of the staff was great, and it was a good time.

The staff was amazing! Thank you for caring about people that come and go through your hotel.
