These 12 days were truly unforgettable. It was our first experience with this type of hotel and vacation, and it exceeded all expectations. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly, with everyone speaking and understanding English fluently. Agent Ilona was especially helpful, providing clear explanations about the procedures and the layout of this stunning place. The medical and rejuvenation treatments, recommended after a consultation with the doctor, were conducted with great professionalism. I was particularly impressed by the thermal pool and sauna located within the hotel—an absolute highlight of our stay. The restaurant offered a diverse menu each day, and every meal was delicious. The evening program, featuring live music, added a perfect touch to the already wonderful atmosphere. Our suite was both comfortable and beautiful, complete with an orthopedic mattress and a choice of pillows to suit every preference. The room was cleaned daily, ensuring a consistently pleasant experience. Overall, I loved everything about our stay and highly recommend it. I plan to return every year!

It’s a very nice hotel, very friendly staff members working in harmony, the food is extremely tasty & nice with a lot of varieties, the location to the lake is strategic & the rooms are cozy & very clean, the wellness center is more than enough, I recommend it to everyone who doesn’t wanna waste his time wondering around, I enjoyed my stay here & definitely coming again

Abbiamo ottenuto esattamente ciò che avevamo chiesto e questa è una delusione: negli hotel Ensana abbiamo sempre ottenuto un upgrade della camera o qualche altra sorpresa. Non ora. Il posto è troppo grande, non un po' personale, camerieri e altro personale lavoravano come robot, nessuno ci ha mai parlato. Erano demotivati. Il personale del ristorante ha semplicemente portato via i piatti e le posate senza parlare, senza darcene un altro. La stanza aveva un sacco di insetti, innocui, però. Il problema più grande è che non c'è un posto dove mettere e asciugare i vestiti bagnati, quindi sono umidi il giorno dopo. Colazioni e cene erano buone, il pranzo era nella media. Un punto positivo: i due tavoli da gioco elettronici. C'è una piccola sala giochi per bambini, ma alla nostra non è piaciuta molto perché era troppo piccola e poco interessante. La sala giochi che abbiamo visto nelle foto sembra molto più bella: dov'è? La piccola piscina per bambini è bella, è piaciuta al nostro bambino. Ci sono anche molti bagni adatti ai bambini. È un peccato che ora non ti diano il pranzo il giorno dell'arrivo e del check-out. E anche l'opportunità di fare il bagno viene annullata il giorno del check-out. Quindi ci siamo divertiti, ma siamo rimasti comunque delusi. Sentimenti contrastanti.

This is an excellent value, small hotel with lovely welcoming hosts. The rooms are very well appointed with very comfortable beds. It is in close proximity to the thermal lake, and to the town. There is a sun terrace to enjoy a good value, cooling drink, and watch the TV Sport. Nice breakfast, scrambled eggs, omelettes, cold meats and cheese, yoghurt, cereal, brioche bread, juices, hot drinks etc etc. Very peaceful. Fantastic value. Well done to all of the team.

Abbiamo trascorso una sola notte qui, prenotando colazione, cena e garage. Trovare il garage è una sfida e il parcheggio potrebbe ancora più, poiché ci sono piccoli punti oscuri tra muri e pilastri (questo, per un supplemento di EUR 12 per notte). La camera era spaziosa e la bagno era ben coperta, ma pareti e pavimenti erano sbarrati con tante tinture e sporcizia che erano là per chi sa quanto tempo. Non era questione di pulizia, perché le camere erano perfettamente pulite, ma piuttosto questioni di manutenzione. Parlando di cui, il fan del sistema di riscaldamento continuava a girare e a smettere in circa ogni secondo, che era estremamente annoiante (soprattutto nella notte), quindi abbiamo dovuto smettere completamente, Il letto era confortevole, ma la vista era bella. L'accento, tuttavia, era il cibo. Tutti i pasti e il colazione erano assolutamente deliziosi con molta selezione (anche per i vegetariano). In generale, il valore è buono, ma rispetto al prezzo che abbiamo pagato, in media, al migliore. Non è certamente un livello 4-star, ma è principalmente dovuto alla manutenzione. La posizione è anche grande (a pochi minuti a piedi dal lago termico).

I came here to treat my bad back in the thermal waters which hotel has in its own pools in the basement. In addition you can see the doctor who will examine you and prescribe treatment plan for which they give you package price. Therefore in this sense I have fulfilled purpose of my visit. However all facilities need modernisation. It is privatised communist block. Whoever bought it from the state - maintains it but does not update it much. We have stayed in a suite on the 4th floor - room remembers 1980s. It is functional, practical and clean but this standard absolutely does not justify 300 Euros per night! Pictures on the booking website are heavily photoshopped. I pay that much for a suite in a French Rivera and not in the town 200 km from Budapest! Fair enough - half board was included but food was blunt cantine style. Desert options were stand out - there was large selection of mini cakes. Overall I did enjoy my stay and everyone works really hard there to run it smoothly but I felt I have overpaid for the quality of accomodation. If you are after treatments - don’t include Sunday in your stay as therapists do not work that day. You can only use thermal pools - one quite warm, another very warm. Pool area is very busy on Saturday afternoon so I will avoid weekend next time. The best time is to come before breakfast. They have sauna - very good, steam room - unless you stand in front of the steamer you won’t feel anything. Please rethink the prices or invest in a modernisation for us to be returning.
