Hotel molto bello, personale amichevole che erano molto utili. La stanza era pulita. Ci siamo divertiti.

Tutto era fantastico, facile da trovare e il personale era anche super gentile!!

Conosciuto con personale amichevole e cortese alla reception. La stanza era pulita e la vista era bella dalla stanza. La doccia era terribile! Luke caldo alla temperatura più calda e congelato quando si girava la temperatura in un altro modo. Abbiamo ordinato cibo dal codice qr per il servizio in camera perché mia figlia non si sentiva molto bene, ma aspettava più di un'ora e non è mai arrivata. Ho cercato di chiamare per circa 20 minuti, ma nessuno ha risposto al telefono. Sono andato in ricevimento e ho parlato con la signora che era molto scusata e ha spiegato che l'app non funziona mai, se questo è il caso forse l'hotel dovrebbe rimuovere i codici dalla stanza e sostituire con un menu di servizio in camera tradizionale! La signora al ricevimento ha fatto tutto il possibile per correggere il problema e sembrava essere usata per questo. Purtroppo, perché ho dovuto aspettare così tanto per il servizio in camera (stava solo per essere un snack) ho perso di usare le strutture così non posso commentare davvero, ma hanno guardato bene . La colazione era fantastica, ho dovuto dire, ben cucinato e molte scelte, servire te stesso che mi è piaciuto.

È un periodo molto tranquillo a causa del blocco, ma il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. L'hotel era molto pulito con tutte le giuste risorse in atto per garantire il distanziamento sociale e l'igienizzazione delle mani. Era impressionato

Hotel location was central. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was good size and has the basics expected from Holiday inn Express. Breakfast was average but cannot fault it.

Hotel is amazing including the rooms, check in, staff, recognition of Hilton honours and breakfast. Unfortunately this stay was negative as we were on floor 3 below the Lexington which had a DJ/ disco until 1am. The issue was resolved and we will be making further bookings. We rang reception at 10:30 to ask when the disco/ DJ in the Lexington would end. We were told 11:45 and we said there was a constant thudding as we were on floor 3 but it would be manageable for an hour as we could still get to sleep at a reasonable time. The receptionist told us she had been up once to talk to the DJ about turning the volume down. The receptionist said she would be going up again and that these issues happen. The room was shaking and rattling due to the thudding. We rang down again at 11:55 to be told that the information we previously got was incorrect and that the DJ would be on until 1am. The person on reception asked who gave us the information but we didn’t have a name, we just knew that at 10:30 when we rang down, we got told 11:45. We asked for a room on a lower floor and we were told that this could not be authorised by the member of staff on the phone, it had to be authorised by the manager. If we had been told the correct information at 10:30 when we called reception, we would have requested a move then to a lower floor and saved the hours of not being able to sleep and the stress due to this. We received another call at 12:16 from reception saying they were going to go up and ask the music to be turned down. We did acknowledge that there are limits to what the staff can do and that it is not their fault. Our two previous stays at this hotel were amazing and even now, we can’t fault the room, check in service, acknowledgment of Hilton honours or breakfast. All of these areas are perfect and could not be improved upon. Staff are friendly and attentive and they are a credit to the hotel. But to pay for a hotel room and have noise stopping you from sleeping until 1am isn’t good enough. We spoke to manager, Andy, about our experience and he was really good and we came to a resolution that we are happy with. Due to how this was resolved, we will be making future bookings at this hotel as we travel to Hull regularly and we don’t want one negative stay to outweigh the positive ones.

È la mia prima visita e sono assolutamente sorpreso dal cibo e dal servizio. Le viste dalla mia stanza erano sorprendenti, vista sulla Marina e il personale sono stati davvero gentili e utili. Certamente prenoterò questo hotel per il mio prossimo viaggio a Hull. Molto consigliata!

A hotel where the staircases and corridors are external, making it a merandah featured appearance. The hotel is surrounded by high fences, making it as if a compound, although it continues to look attractive. The view from our room overlooks a main road with big buildings, which induces a nice big city ambience.

Hotel molto conveniente vicino all'aeroporto, senza alcun rumore disturbante dagli aerei, tuttavia. Rimanere lì regolarmente durante viaggi di business. Tranne per mancare le mutandine e la spazzatura, camere molto pulite e con letto confortevole, sempre godere di un buon sonno. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile. L'unica cosa che mi annoia è il colazione. Ci sono molte persone che rimangono e sarebbe bello avere una scelta migliore, un po'di pane fresco invece di pane tostato da un pacchetto. Odio assolutamente le uova strane, perché lo fai ai tuoi ospiti? Deve esserci qualche agricoltore vicino che potrebbe fornirvi uova fresche, e sarebbe fantastico ottenere uova bollite o fritte invece della miscela, probabilmente da una scatola, e riscaldate in una microonde perché sono pieni di acqua?
