- dusty room, it is obvious that the room haven't scheduled for deep cleaning, dust in the ventilation, air con. vent, corner of the room, the gap of the furniture and the carpet - DND light not working, there is no action or respond for repairing after noticing the receptionist, however the staff offered to make a note to their team to not enter my room without my permission.

We stayed for a single night at a location renowned for its excellence. The front desk service was truly exceptional, promptly addressing an issue with the door lock by efficiently arranging for us to switch to an alternate room. While the breakfast offerings were modest in variety, they were of high quality and pleasing to the taste.

Pleasant and fuss free, all the service staff are very very well well trained and service orientated . Always smiling and greeting customers. I have been staying this hotel for a couple of times. It’s always been a great experience. Hotel location is opposite a mall, makes it really convenient to get groceries and shopping and food. Highly recommended! 👏👏👏

Service good. Did not play the facility and did not eat in their restaurant . Traffic is convenient and quite enjoy the smiling faces and polite by the staffs. Sure will visit again.

設備稍微久一點，不影響使用；前台服務挺好；周邊比較方便買東西**方便；早餐豐富；因為廣東年前返鄉車流大，容易堵車

位處鶴山廣場旁，地點優越，附近食肆多，無論購物或食飯均十分方便。而且直通車站就在酒店旁迈，從香港出發，快捷方便。

酒店還行，樓下就有好幾家走兩步就到了的餐飲店，我老公職業病説用的衞浴都是大牌子，還有電器都是大牌，但是裝修的細節很多都一般，好多補補縫縫的痕跡，總體感覺滿意，就是我老公説床太軟了。雙床房有一張軟一張硬就完美了

十分滿意呀！！！很棒的入住體驗。 在紀元中學考教資，因為離得近，選了這家酒店，入住體驗真的很贊呀！忘記打印准考證了，前台免費幫我打印了一張。還有免費的西米露喝。 學習椅好贊呀，座着比我自己的我感覺舒適很多，還有學習枱燈，對備考人真的很友好。 廁所的洗漱用品都是小瓶裝一次性的，有護髮素和身體乳。

還不錯 就是洗髮水 沐浴露 不方便擠出來 但還行 然後電視機 不能投屏 哎不過現在很多電視機都不能投屏了 馬桶也挺乾淨的 離鶴山廣場很近 樓下有餃子早餐店

員工熱心 笑容常掛面上 每次出入酒店皆會打招呼和問好 很優秀 房間光線充足 大人小孩也住得舒適 可是小冰箱不夠凍

摩旅來到古勞找到的寶藏酒店，所在位置優越，我們幾台車過來還包括汽車，酒店幫忙安排停車位置。前台、車位管理、餐廳、客房服務員培訓到位，微笑服務，而且可以感受到自上到下用心服務的服務理念，好評！房間整潔舒適，空調水壓充足，讓我們摩旅能夠好好休息，非常滿意，酒店附近就有直通車至香港，絕對是值得推薦的一家酒店。
