Hotel a Hervey Bay

"La stanza non funzionava a notte, così tanti problemi non sono così grandi per i viaggiatori di business. La stanza sembrava freschi dipinta. La stanza è data ma pulita. Bella posizione ma può essere rumorosa."

"Rimasi in questo hotel per 4 notti per oltre 800 dollari. Inoltre, doveva pagare 200 dollari di deposito. 20 minuti dopo l'ispezione e il deposito dei miei beni nella stanza dell'hotel. Il manager mi aveva colpito la porta e mi aveva accusato di fumare ********* nel suo hotel. Per la sua sorpresa, io dicevo la verità e lui si scusò per l'accusa. Dopo il giorno di check-out, ho pulito i pavimenti e tutto il resto, ho scattato foto per provare la stanza quando sono andato fuori. Mi è reso conto che non ho ricevuto il rimborso dei miei 200 dollari.Mi ha chiesto il rimborso del deposito, perché non è stato rimborsato nel mio conto. Il direttore mi rifiutò di pagare il mio deposito e sosteneva che doveva pagare i suoi puliziari per i 40 minuti che hanno preso per pulire sotto i nostri letti, che non ha mai detto che sarebbe stato un motivo per non rimborsare il mio pieno. Ho lasciato la stanza pulita, non ho danni alla proprietà al checkout, come il manager mi ha detto.Ho provato che non fumava ********* nel suo hotel. Ha completato un modulo di reclamo sul suo servizio clienti, perché ancora si rifiuta di darmi il mio deposito $200. Non rimarrà mai lì."

"Stayed at Comfort Inn Pialba as it was within walking distance of work. Very happy with the accommodation (Room #5) - large room with couch, double bed, single bed, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer. Shelf for luggage, 2 chairs and desk. TV. Bathroom with all the accessories. Comfortable walk to the RSL, Red Rooster and other fast food outlets, Stockland shopping centre and roughly a 20-minute walk to the Esplanade and beach which has a great walking route along the waterfront, public toilets and playgrounds. More than happy to stay again."

"I stated at the Ramada for two nights when I was in Hervey Bay for a trip to Fraser Island. Overall, it was a pleasant enough stay. The hotel location is located near the esplanade, which is a quiet part of town about 8 km from the CBD, and has a few dining options within walking distance near the boat club. The hotel staff were all friendly upon arrival, the hotel room I was in was reasonably modern / well maintained (but your expectations should be set at ”regional Australia hotel quality” and not ”major city hotel quality”), and it has a on-site pool / restaurant (there was also a tiny 'gym' but it did not really have anything other than a cardio machine and some small weights). There was on-site parking, but the spaces were small and filled up very quickly when I was there (I didn't have trouble parking, but did find myself getting the final free space a couple of times). I had no real complaints about the place and would happily stay there again."

"Okay. Understand that this is a family friendly location in regional Australia? It is never going to be five star by world standards, but as far as cleanliness and presentation for the region it was excellent. With regards to the beach, the location was excellent. With regards to cafes and takeaway food places the location is so so. With regards to room amenities, my only gripe is I don’t like liquid soap so I had to go to the supermarket and buy some real soap. Everything else about the room was more than acceptable. We will definitely be staying here again. The big winner here is the staff. The staff service was nothing short of excellent. You have really won my praise on this. We thank you so much. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others"

"It is a Motel. Parking and laundry available. We booked 2 weeks in advance 1 room for 2 night (2 reservations were made within 1 hour, informing the reason by email) and at the check-in we discovered that we had to change the room after the 1st night, very inconvenient because the next day we had the tour to Frazer Island leaving at 7.25am and we had to move all our luggage in our car (at this time in the morning the reception is close). The reception close at 7pm (not a minute later) and when e arrived at 7.30pm we had to check-in at the bar/restaurant and they were not allowed to change the room assignment. We had dinner at the restaurant (average quality) and were served at the bar by a very rude and touchy waitress...we were on the way of leaving the restaurant. The manager offered to provide dinner the next day due to the room issue, which did not happen even though she was present."

"Grande posizione, luogo tranquillo, molto pulito, bello e grande stanza, parcheggio facile, solo attraversando la strada dalla spiaggia e poca passeggiata dai bambini playground e il parco acquatico Wetside."

"La posizione è nella zona residenziale, piuttosto tranquilla, un po' lontana dal ristorante, dai negozi e dal lato del mare.La camera è ampia e confortevole, le strutture della cucina sono complete, è possibile lavare la vasca e cucinare, la rete è buona."
