Hotel in zona Seejungfrau, Herrsching Am Ammersee

In teoria, non c'è un deposito di minuto, ma si fa perché è necessario richiedere un biglietto per il grande parcheggio coperto, ma è un po' più lontano (più pratico depositare questi bagagli). Check in lentamente e pieno di moduli da compilare mentre sono cliente Marriott con carta. Mi viene inviato un SMS per una chiave elettronica, non è stato più lontano dove sono nulla in informatica. Bella camera ogni comfort a prezzo dolce, aria condizionata, WiFi. Bar e ristorante, scelta limitata ma sufficiente. QR codice per avere un telecomando TV sul suo smartphone, non compreso ... idem per la connessione Wifi che passa attraverso un router , allarme di sicurezza della mia tablet, è necessario passare oltre. Termostat dell'aria condizionata , non regolazione della temperatura ma + o - di una temperatura di riferimento

If you fancy a break in a peaceful setting but within easy travelling distance of Munich, Seehotel Leoni is a great choice. Its location is stunning and the ships sailing around the lake stop right outside. Half board rates very reasonable and food and drink tasty. Staff friendly and attentive in all settings. Recommend.

Hotel ristrutturato di recente, si è subito accolti alla reception con un sorriso dal proprietario, Florian, che è l'anima di questo posto e fa sì che ci si senta come a casa, tra amici. La struttura è dotata di piscina e di palestra ed è circondata da un grande giardino attrezzato con sedie a sdraio per riposare guardando il lago di Wessling.Le stanze sono accoglienti e spaziose. La colazione è varia sia per qualità sia per quantità. Inoltre, tutte le mete della zona, sono facilmente raggiungibili con i mezzi pubblici che partono vicinissimi all'hotel. Il tutto ha reso perfette le nostre vacanze !

La posizione è ottima. A pochi passi dalla stazione della metropolitana U3. L'hotel è molto moderno e le camere dispongono di angolo cottura e lavatrice. Ma non c'era la tenda della doccia nel bagno, il pavimento era molto bagnato dopo la doccia e la ventola di scarico del bagno era rotta. Non sono presenti segnali direzionali all'ingresso della strada che conduce alla zona reception. La reception si trova al piano seminterrato. Il personale della reception al momento del check-in era molto indifferente e non sembrava che ci fosse alcun senso di benvenuto in questo hotel. Forse è perché il mio soggiorno è stato di sole 6 notti, forse è stato troppo breve per gli standard dell'hotel. Ho scelto questo hotel nella stagione sbagliata! Check-in dal 18 al 24 agosto. Il clima a Monaco è molto caldo, 30°C+ ogni giorno. Al momento della prenotazione mi è stato detto che in camera non c'era l'aria condizionata. Ma non c'è nemmeno un ventilatore? ! Inoltre, tutti gli aspiratori nei bagni e nelle cucine sono fuori servizio. L'unica finestra nella stanza poteva essere aperta solo di circa 10 cm (motivi di sicurezza?). La stanza era così soffocante che era difficile dormire la notte. Inoltre ho alloggiato nella camera 105, che si trova al piano terra e si affaccia sulla strada, è molto rumorosa e polverosa. Se pensi di soggiornare in questa stanza durante l'estate, buona fortuna! Oh, la Germania è un paese che pone grande enfasi sul riciclaggio e sul riciclaggio. Questo hotel sembra essere progettato per soggiorni di lunga durata. Ma nella stanza non c’erano informazioni su come smaltire i materiali riciclabili come carta, vetro, plastica o metallo. In cucina c'era solo un sacco della spazzatura di plastica.

Albergo molto carino. Molto moderno e ben mantenuto. La colazione a buffet è estremamente varia e pensata per essere varia, soprattutto per vegani o mamme.

TL;TR: We had a terrible experience. AC doesn't work properly (the lowest temperature setting was 24 and the hotel couldn't do anything about that). Not worth the money. In case of any problems, do not count on reasonable compensation if they offer you compensation at all. Management is rude and receptionists will misinform you if that suits the hotel's interest. The hotel is far from anything, including reliable public transport. --------------------------------------- OPINION: 1. Our AC did not work (the lowest setting was 24C) - they offered to open a window... to the noisy highway next door; as compensation, we were offered 2 drinks! 2. Do not trust their Clean Promise policy! The cleaning Service does not do their job properly. We think some places are left uncleaned: there were breadcrumbs on the table left and the sink also had a few dirt marks left. 3. The place is far from anything, including reliable busses that occasionally do not arrive at all after 8 PM and you need to take a 20-25 mins walk from the train station. 4. After huge problems, you offered us a room change... on the very last night (you expected us to move to another room with all our things after 8 PM when we returned to the hotel?). And, you never offered ”the total amount back” but just one night when we expected 2 nights for the inconvenience caused. Lisa, you clearly do not know how to speak and how to treat a client in a respectable way when a problem appears, so they recommend you later. We will never want to have anything to do with not just your hotel but the whole brand of Holiday Inn Express.
