Hotel in zona Cranger Kirmes, Herne

Le camere non sono ancora pulite alle 14:30, ma sebbene - con un po' di cucina - si verifichi all'interno di 15Minuten, non è mai più tempo da pulire. La superficie sembra piuttosto buona, ma quando entrate, si colpisce un disinfettante che puzza male, eppure le clinchette e gli interruttori sono legati. Il personale ha cercato di risolvere i problemi che si verificano quando si fa la prenotazione direttamente presso B&B. Ci sono sufficienti parcheggi disponibili. L'autostrada molto vicina è difficile da sentire. Il bagno è molto chiuso e non molto pulito. La colazione è stato un contrasto sorprendente.

L'hotel è ok per 1-2 Per notti. Tuttavia mi chiedo come questo hotel ha ricevuto 4 stelle. Abbiamo già avuto 3 stelle molto meglio attrezzate. Il personale estremamente amichevole, la buona possibilità di parcheggio (gratuito) e la dimensione delle camere sono positivi. Il WiFi funziona bene. Inoltre c'è una bottiglia d'acqua gratuita. La colazione è ok, ma il rapporto prezzo-prezzo non è vero. L'hotel è stato un po' negli anni che si notano soprattutto nel bagno. Il forno dovrebbe essere scambiato con urgenza. Molto è stato usato e potrebbe essere accettato un ammodernamento. Non c'è aria condizionata, nessun frigorifero, nemmeno caffè/stazione di tè. Le camere sono ancora aperte con chiavi. Ovviamente lo sai prima di prenotare, ma ora penso che dovrebbe essere standard.

Onorevoli lettori, in quanto ospite insoddisfatto, vorrei condividere la mia esperienza in questo hotel, e innanzi tutto devo dire che la posizione centrale dell'hotel è positiva. Anche l'incredibile hall d'ingresso di marmo rosso in stile orientale mi è piaciuto molto bene. La mia camera al 5° piano era grande e ha offerto una buona vista sulla città. Purtroppo, questo è l'hotel che attraversa due principali strade. Ciò significa che il traffico è molto forte intorno all'orologio e soprattutto di notte, quando la scena del Poser qui prova le sue auto PS potenti, io sono stato svegliato di notte. Anche le attrezzature sono semplici e sono arrivati negli anni. Il giardino mi ha incontrato subito quando mi ha sollevato, perché la stanza era difettosa e non si è più fissata, e la camera molto luminosa era un grande problema, perché ho sentito ogni rumore dalle camere vicine. La colazione è stata una grande delusione, poiché sono stati utilizzati prodotti di minore qualità che sono disponibili sul mercato più economici. In generale, è stata l'ultima volta che ho soggiornato in questo hotel. Il secondo giorno sono andato a fare la mia dolce mattina in una pasticceria. Purtroppo non posso fare una raccomandazione per questo hotel e consigliare potenziali ospiti di guardare una scelta migliore. Con saluti amichevoli, Un ospite insoddisfatto

Viel Schatten, wenig Licht es gibt in diesem Hotel zwei verschiedene Kategorien: Standard und Superior wir hatten Superior gebucht. Am Samstag bei Anreise wurden wir sofort gebeten, die Zimmerrechnung zu bezahlen. Das ist ungewöhnlich, aber ok. Als wir dann das Zimmer betraten, stellen wir fest, dass wir eine falsche Kategorie bekommen hatten. Also zurück zur Rezeption. Die junge Dame war völlig überfordert und bestätigte, dass wir ein Standardzimmer bekommen hatten und kein Superior. Sie holte sich Hilfe bei Herrn F. Welche Funktion er hat, wissen wir nicht. er hat sich nicht vorgestellt. Allerdings schaute er in den Computer und sagte, dass er jetzt am Samstag Abend nichts mehr tun könne, das Hotel sei ausgebucht. Als Kompensation und Entschädigung würde er uns für den folgenden Morgen zum Frühstück einladen, und ein Zimmerwechsel am nächsten Tag. Mehr könne er für uns nicht tun. Damit war das Gespräch für ihn beendet und wandte sich wieder seiner Restaurantkasse zu. Nach unserer Auffassung ist dieses Verhalten Betrug. Er hatte unser Geld schon kassiert. Für 2 Nächte Superior Zimmer! Am nächsten Morgen sprachen wir dann mit einer netten Kollegin an der Rezeption. Frau M. war im Gegensatz zu ihrem Kollegen kompetent und handlungswillig. Sie organisierte den Zimmerwechsel, erstattete den zuviel bezahlten Superioraufschlag und eine Kompensation für die gestörte Nachtruhe. Der Unterschied zwischen Standard und Superior ist die Lage: Hauptverkehrsstrasse und Innenhof. und wir hatten ausdrücklich Innenhof bestellt. Nach der positiven Überraschung an der Rezeption der zweite Schock: das Frühstück. Das Hotel wird durch die Lage zum Musical vornehmlich von Busgruppen frequentiert. Wir hatten uns schon erst zu 10 Uhr für das Frühstück vorbereitett, um dem Ansturm der Busgruppen aus dem Weg zu gehen. Aber es war eine Katastrophe! Die drei Servicekräfte waren heillos überfordert. Schlachtfeld trifft es wohl am Besten. und keiner der Mitarbeiter war in der Lage etwas Ordnung in das Chaos zu bringen. Wenn Sie irgendwie können, suchen Sie sich ein anderes Hotel! Und wenn Sie es schon nicht vermeiden können, dann buchen Sie unbedingt Superior. Erstens ist an Schlaf bei Zimmern der Standardkategorie zur Strassenseite nicht zu denken und zweitens finden Sie dort eine Einrichtung, die wohl noch aus dem 70er Jahren stammt. Die Superiorzimmer sind zur ruhigen Hofseite und sehen aus, als wenn sie in den 90er Jahren mal renoviert wurden. (auch schon 30 Jahre her....) Selbst die Nähe zum Musicaltheater macht es nicht erträglicher. Das Musical selbst ist auch nach 30 Jahren immer noch eine Reise wert!

The hotel is just a few minutes from the Philharmonie U-Bahn station or just a 15 minute walk from the main station and hence very nicely located. The staff are very professional and gave me a good welcome. The room was very well-kept and for the price, a good size. Excellent WiFi coverage at good connectivity speeds. Overall, a very nice stay in a very nice hotel.

I was staying with a friend in a twin room for two nights, to visit a member of the Starlight Express cast, the Hotel is perfectly situated right next door to the Theatre. The Reception Staff were very welcoming and our room was esy to find, using a lift. The room itself was very clean, spacious and airy (it was a very hot weekend). Water (both Still & Sparkling), was provided. The bed was very comfortable and bedding crisp and clean. Bathroom was fine with a good Shower. Room would be improved by supplying Tea & Coffe making facilites and an extra mirror, as good mirrors in bathroom and one full ength on Bathroom door, but the room could de with another mirror in the main room, so that two people can get ready at the same time. The Breakfast was really good, with an excellent choice of Continental, with a smaller choice of cooked, but excellent all around and the Coffee was very good. The Courtyard area is a lovely area for coffee or a Cocktail and the restaurant staff were really friendly, professional, with all staff speaking English. I hope to be staying again next year- thank you very much team H!

Bella nuova hotel. Il personale (e il cane) era grande. Il riscaldamento nel nuovo edificio sembra essere un problema. Il colazione era grande, anche la stanza.
