Every single employee I encountered went out of their way to say something nice. Very welcoming. The rooms were great. Clean with very comfortable beds. Easy parking and easy access to places to eat. The breakfast buffet was great as well. Again greeted and served by amazingly friendly staff. The shower curtain was falling down in the bathroom but, that’s a simple maintenance issue. Great stay. 10/10 would stay there again

I rarely give 5 star reviews, but a recent stay at this hotel earned that rating. This was a family trip to see a singer at the Umatilla Country Fair. Here are the reasons for the rating: *Nice looking, modern feeling hotel *Really friendly and competent staff, from the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast crew *Very clean - common areas & rooms *Great breakfast selection for this level of hotel - even a little fridge with Chobani yogurts you could grab and a pancake machine that the kids loved. *The windows in the rooms are larger than most & that makes rooms feel brighter & bigger. The next time we come to Hermiston we’ll definitely book this hotel again!
