I was needing assistance for repairing an equipment. People at the reception were just super. Good restaurant (Sander) and good breakfast.

Nice hotel , grounds beautiful . Breakfast for German hotels very good ( myself being English) Evening meal good . Nice swimming pool but gym very poor !! Service good

The hotel is located in nature and has many rooms and conference room also. When I stayed, many guest was there for some business seminar or conference.
Parking was close to reception and free of charge.
Room was wide and wifi had good connection.
Good thing was restaurant. Good taste of local meal with affordable price.

It was just one night star for business trip. The room was wide and clean. Restaurant and beer was good. It was very impressive for me in current corona pandemic that staff disinfected very carefully table, coffee pot, etc.

Ein sehr großes etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Die Lage ist wirklich schön im Grünen. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr alt und schon etwas heruntergekommen. Das Frühstück war leider ganz schlimm und nicht zu empfehlen. Parkplätze waren reichlich vorhanden. Leider gab es nicht eine Steckdose am Bett und der Druck in der Duschbrause lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ich würde leider nicht wiederkommen und kann es auch nicht empfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits, aber mitten in Deutschland. Es verfügt über ein schönes Schwimmbad, eine Sauna, eine originell eingerichtete Historybar und eine Kegelbahn. Unter der Woche sind viele Gäste Geschäftsreisende. Es gibt ein gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücks- und Abendbrot-Buffet. Daneben kann à la carte gegessen werden. Ideal für Seminare, Gruppenreisen, Biker.

Wir kommen seit Jahren im Sommer für eine Woche. Das Hotel hat eine fantastische Lage und ist sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man es etwas ruhiger haben will. WLAN ist gut, 5G Empfang top. Das Hotel und die umgebende Anlage ist riesig. Frühstücksbüffet ist toll, Abendessen sehr gut. Auch für Tagungen/Veranstaltungen/Seminare/Feiern super gut geeignet. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Das Hotel hat einen super Service, fast alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Das a la Carte Restaurant kann sich ebenfalls sehen lassen, da hatten wir noch nie ein schlechtes Gericht. Einzig das Hotel alleine könnte langsam eine Renovierung gebrauchen, aber es war ja wirklich schwer in den letzten Jahren.

Wir waren nun zum 2. Mal in Hohenroda, Anlass war wieder eine Wochenendveranstaltung der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Muskelkranke. Da wir im Vorjahr recht begeistert waren, hatten wir mit weiteren Teilnehmern beschlossen, ein paar Tage dranzuhängen. DIe Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gepflegt und top sauber. Das Zimmer hat eine ausreichende Größe, selbst mit Rollstuhl. Das Personal ist aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die vorab geäußerten "Extrawünsche" wie z B. Erhöhung der Betten und Toilettensitzerhöhung waren umgesetzt. Dazu kam noch ein kleiner Rollstuhl-Pannendienst, nochmals vielen Dank dafür! Das Essen war wieder durchgehend gut, reichlich Auswahl und gute Qualität. Auch einige Zeit nach Eröffnung war der Zwiebelrostbraten noch immer medium. Nur dieie Bedienung war zum Teil etwas unaufmerksam. Die wurde aber durch die spitzenmäßige "Betreuung" und Bedienung in der Bar wieder wettgemacht. Gerade als Rollstuhlfahrer freut man sich, wenn jemand mitdenkt und notwendiges Umräumen an den Tischen im Vorhinein durchführt. Das war ein Superservice!!! Unter dem Strich kann ich sagen, es waren wieder gelungene Tage und wir freuen uns aufs nächste Jahr.
