Very short walk from the train station and right in the city centre. Bed was very comfortable and there were nice touches in the bathroom like soap and lotion. (Loved the double sinks!) Breakfast was outstanding!! So much choice of both hot and cold foods.

Er is duidelijk personeelstekort. Ik had een ijs besteld en ik moest meer dan een uur daarop wachten. Ik vind dit echt niet oké!!! Het is frustrerend om zo lang te moeten wachten, vooral als je honger hebt of gewoon zin hebt in iets lekkers. Dit kan ook invloed hebben op de ervaring van andere klanten, die misschien ook geduldiger zijn dan normaal. Het lijkt erop dat de zaak misschien niet goed is voorbereid op drukke momenten, en dat kan leiden tot slechte service. Klanten moeten zich gewaardeerd voelen en het is belangrijk dat het personeel in staat is om hun werk efficiënt te doen. Misschien zou het helpen als het personeel beter wordt opgeleid of als er meer mensen worden aangenomen om de drukte aan te kunnen. Het is belangrijk dat bedrijven luisteren naar feedback van klanten om hun service te verbeteren. Ik hoop dat ze snel een oplossing vinden, zodat iedereen weer kan genieten van hun ijs zonder lange wachttijden.

Ruim, mooi en stijlvol interieur. Op een late zondagnamiddag kaaskroketten komen eten met een glas wijn. Voor ons hoeft een slaatje daar niet bij, maar dit was wel erg fris en lekker. Ook de wijn was prima. De bediening was vlot en vriendelijk.

Denken dat ze het warm water hebben uitgevonden. 21euro !!! voor één smos kaas-hesp en één latte. Snel snel rekening wegnemen als je er iets van zegt. Geen menukaart met prijzen gezien. Gewoonweg de mensen in het zak zetten: degoutant en abnormaal marginaal!

We zaten op het terras met een dubbele buggy met een baby en een 1,5 jarige.. Tafeltje gekozen zodat er ruimschoots plaats was om mensen door te laten. Bediening was onbeschoft. We moesten de buggy maar buiten laten staan met baby erin. Ik voelde me wel gesteunddoor andere mensen op het terras. We gingen weg zonder iets te consumeren.

Terrasje gedaan…. Heel lang moeten wachten! Het bestelde alcoholvrij bier was er niet. Toen weer heel lang moeten wachten… Eén keer, nooit meer. Geen aanrader, geen service! Hun verontschuldiging: het is druk . Kan ik begrijpen maar 40 minuten voor 2 drankjes is er toch over!
