Premier Inn Helston

We have stayed at the Premier Inn Helston many times over the last few years. All of the staff on reception we see on a regular basis including Amanda, Kacey, Lynne, Larry and Michelle are very friendly, chatty and always very helpful. On a recent visit last week for a 50th birthday Amanda remembered from last December we were coming back in March and upon arrival waiting in our room was a birthday card, bottled beers and chocolates which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. I really can’t recommend Premier Inn Helston enough and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Look forward to seeing you all in August. Shane and Paula Le Prevost

Went in for a coffee in the maytree which is the bar / restaurant part of the complex. Had to walk out as the woman behind the bar was so rude, even other customers commented on how rude she was. We just asked for coffees and she slammed down the tea pots in her hands, huffed at us and said “ we aren’t ready for this, we have just finished breakfast!” When confronted by her rudeness she said it was just an expression! Well here’s an expression, if you don’t like customer service then look for a different job. There’s no excuse for rudeness. They have just lost a lot of custom as my family did go in there every week for food, not anymore!! Management need to address this matter or they will drive the locals away.1

Lovely big rooms, clean and spacious. Lovely reception staff on arrival and always warm and welcoming. Shout outs to Amanda Katie Emma and lynne. As only really see the afternoon staff. Always there if you have any problems or queries. Would recommend
