Hotel in posizione non centrale ma sul mare.
Personale garbato e disponibile.

Stayed three nights with wife in a newly renovatef Superior room with seaview and one three course dinner. The room was fantastic, the bed super comfortable, the seaview breathtaking and we did not overhear any neighbours. Full marks for the room. But… it is aparently allowed to smoke on the balconies and our neighbour was a heavy smoker and the smoke entered our room if we opened the balcony door. So we could not use the balcony or even open the door because of this. The bar was crowded with guests who had complimentary drink tickets and despite the hard work by the bartenders the queue just grew and grew… We had lunch in the restaurant when we arrived and the service was both slow and uninterested. The food was lacking in finesse. The three course dinner was ok but not more, the waiters were young and very inexperienced and could not give any guidance whatsoever. We visited other nearby restaurants the rest of our stay. All-in-all we had a very mixed experience where unfortunately the eery feeling of being in a very busy All-inclusive resort dominated. The owners ESS Group run some absolutely fantastic destinations but this is not up to their usual standards.

The Marienlyst Hotel is a very popular hotel. Our Superior room was very comfortable but our door would not lock. At dinner in Isabella’s , we asked our waiter about the breakfast in the morning. He said ‘come at 10 am and ask to be seated in the sun room with the view’ tell them A. Recommended. We arrived at 9:55am only to find that the breakfast ended at 10am. We quickly got some food and sat down at a table. We were eating and then a staff member came over and said to please move out of the restaurant to the reception area - so basically we and others were kicked out. We had to take our food and eat it in the bar area . I found this very rude. We were here from Canada and we have travelled to many places around the world, but have never been kicked out of a restsurant.I would recommend that the hotel indicate clearly on the reservation the time breakfast is served and to inform their staff.

Extremely friendly service. We arrived at midnight and the keys to our room were waiting at the reception so we got to our room without any hassle. The room was spacious and not the standard hotel design but very warm and comfortable, with old books on the tables and beautiful things around.

A bad experience. Over-crowded. Had a stay in order to enjoy and relax, but left more tired than on arrival. The spa was over-crowded, all lounge beds were e.g. reserved with a towel like on a cheep all-inclusive resort. Booked a room that on the reservation page had 180 degree seaview, ours had 90 degree, one half was looking at a roof with technical installations. The breakfast was over-crowded and stressful. Feedback has been given twice to the hotel, but no follow-up. I get the impression that management doesn't care.

Three generations of daughters had such a great stay here. Lovely 5-course dinner and drinks to follow. Amenities was superb, specially in the morning when there was not so many guests in the spa. Breakfast felt luxurious and the room had a nice touch with a bathtub situated in the main room.

Best hotel as l have stay in Danmark. Location is fantastic with the cost and in good distance from main city Copenhagen. Staff wonderful. Restaurant perfect. Room clean with view to cost to aesthetic sun come into windows when you awake and you see to Sweden

Lovely location and great service. Only negative was that my room wasn’t ready for check-in at 3pm as promised which left me little time to get ready for my event.
It is a big hotel and there is lots of guests so expect queues for checkin, bar, breakfast buffet etc
I would stay again and try the spa facilities next time.
