Abbiamo scelto di rimanere qui per le buone recensioni e non siamo stati delusi. Abbiamo girato le tasche sul desk e chiesto un'altra stanza perché ci sentivamo che se dovessimo restare in questa stanza, dovevamo tenere le tende tutto il tempo, che sconfigge completamente l'obiettivo di avere grandi finestre nella stanza. Fortunatamente, il personale di fronte ci obbligava e ci diede una stanza al secondo piano. La stanza che abbiamo ottenuto era molto bella, bella decorazione e molto grande. Abbiamo avuto una bella vista sulla finestra dei tetti della città e dell'antico edificio rosso dall'hotel. Ci siamo rallegrati. Ci siamo trasferiti in questo hotel per le prossime 3 notti e abbiamo apprezzato la nostra permanenza. Restereremo qui la prossima volta che siamo a Helsinki. La colazione è stata molto buona. Ci è piaciuta la selezione.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per qualche volta, di solito la qualità della pulizia è ok. Questa volta ho avuto una stanza, il letto era stato fatto, ma le foglie non sono state cambiate. Era sangue sulle foglie e i capelli nei letti. La copertina del letto era legata al rack del cappotto e c'era un bicchiere al letto in bagno. Questo non dovrebbe veramente accadere con una catena di hotel come questo. Non c'è domanda, quando si lamenta al desk front. Ho presto trovato una nuova stanza che era pulita.

Stayed overnight at Kokkedal castle and booked a single deluxe room in a main building. Ample parking space and smooth check-in experience, however, upon entering my room, the key didn’t work so I need to run down and ask for a check to get it active again, and it did. The room was good enough for solo traveler. The lighting in the room giving a warm tone and I get a room with fantastic view over the golf course and a peek of the ocean. A good single size bed and comfortable linens. I had a goodnight sleep. Do bear in mind, as it’s a historical building that’s dated from 1700s, therefore their fixtures could make a little noise and watch your head for low sections wall in the room. The forest in the surrounding however, definitely worth a trail and it’ll leads you down to a nearby Rungsted harbor where you can find local restaurants, local beach and Karen Blixen museum. The breakfast room located in their cellar and the buffet is sufficient enough to give you some energy to start your morning. Overall, it was a good overnight stay and would like to try their spa facilities or perhaps their bigger room next time. If you have an appreciation of historical places, then this is one of a place worth a visit.

Hotel very close to ven ferry and 300m from town square and restaurants. Room was spacious and clean. Linen and bed good. Was a corner room so windows let in a nice air. Breakfast was good quality, variety and quantity. Cereals, cheese, meats, buns, eggs, pancakes. Walls maybe a bit thin, but wasn't an issue. Bathroom dated and doors edges and trim need painting. The bathroom door slides and is squeaky and noisy. I recommend this hotel for value and convenience to the ven ferry.
