Hotel bellissimo. Moderno e di stile. È in una posizione comodissima perché sei a circa un km dalla stazione centrale. C’è una postazione per il self check in ma c’è comunque l aiuto di qualcuno in caso qualcuno non fosse pratico. La camera spaziosa. La doccia è proprio in camera magari non proprio a gusto mio perche sta proprio accanto al letto. Però sicuramente alla vista fa scena. L’unica cosa che non ho trovato il phon per i capelli. Probabilmente chiamando in reception potresti rimediarne uno. Noi siamo stati semplicemente una notte quindi non è stato proprio un grande problema.

Let me start by saying that I have stayed in this hotel over 20 times in the last 8 years through business and leisure. I have always been impressed by the facilities and wonderful staff. On this occasion the hotel was not up to its normal high standards. This should probably have been a 1 star review, but I felt it unfair as I have not reviewed my last 15 5 star visits. Before writing this I decided to read a good amount of other reviews and will try and give some honest feedback. So back to this visit……. My 1st room was on the 3rd floor as I always ask for the highest floor available. The room was perfect, but after I had unpacked I realised that the safe was no working and they couldn’t fix it until the next day. So I requested a different room as my insurance would not be valid. This room was again on the 3rd floor but felt a lot smaller and the bathroom looked very tired with an over bath shower instead of separate which I had in the previous room. It felt like a down grade so I asked for another room. This time I was given room 125 on the 1st floor. It didn’t have a bath but had a great shower, and although I wanted a bath, I was done with moving again……… I really wish that I had…. The 2 large frosted bathroom windows leave you feeling exposed as they are not fully frosted, I am sure that there are normally more pillows in the room, but the 2 small ones that I had were a poor quality. Normally I could have coped with all of this, but then for the headboard and bed to vibrate and shudder with every passing vehicle continuously kept me awake. One of the reasons I book this hotel is the gym, pool and sauna, but on this occasion a few of the gym apparatus were non operation and then the the kids swimming lessons were on when I wanted to swim. I’ve also been lucky in the past as there has always been someone in the saunas, but on this occasion I was alone with not a clue how to switch them on and no signage to explain. I’m ok with the pool being used for the children but please be clear and advertise when this will be. I think it is between 3 & 6 and that’s why I have not noticed previously. I’m due to stay again in a few days and will definitely not be staying in 125. If it wasn’t for the tremendous staff at this hotel I probably would be asking for a refund as the experience was exhausting. Breakfast is adequate as long as you know what to expect as I do.

The student hotel did not let us down. On arrival in the morning from our flight we had gotten the bus which only took 15 minutes to the door of the hotel. The receptionist took our bags and tagged them safely so we wouldn’t have to have them all day with us. On check in we were treated with complimentary coffee in the restaurant. The room was a brilliant size for the three of us we got a family room with two king size bed. The bathroom was very clean, coming from someone who has worked in hotel accommodation I give it 10/10. Beds are super comfy and the view was amazing from our room. Being able to access the hotel at night with our key cards was a handy option for us as we went into the city for drinks. On our departure we were also given treats and hot chocolate for our walk to the bus. The atmosphere in this hotel was the best I’ve seen. Staff are a credit to the hotel. Thanks a million for everything !! Will be back soon !

Posizione: vicino all'aeroporto di Einhoven, a 1 fermata di autobus, nelle vicinanze ci sono alcuni edifici per uffici tra cui ASML, l'autobus per il centro di Einhoven impiega circa mezz'ora Servizio: non c'è molto personale alla reception, solo uno, ma è abbastanza disponibile. I camerieri del ristorante sono educati e gentili, il che è degno di lode. Servizi: al primo piano c'è una palestra e al piano seminterrato c'è una mensa dove è possibile acquistare generi di prima necessità e spuntini.

We popped in here on Friday for a bite to eat on a beautiful Summers day and you would immediately tap into the vibrant buzz of Eindhoven. The location is great to watch the hustle and bustle of everyday life here. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. My wife said the lasagne was the nicest she has ever had so that said a lot about the chefs that work here. The staff were kept very busy here and it was so understandable when they gave me the wrong drink and gave me a salad when I asked not to include one when I ordered. Definitely recommend having food and drinks here.

Il hotel è molto bello, molto utile e amichevole, una grande birra, ma, in fondo, se non mangi carne o latte si combatterà come abbiamo fatto, il personale sapeva che eravamo vegani quando ci prenotiamo e questa è anche la nostra seconda visita. Per la prima volta abbiamo avuto un trattamento molto buono e abbiamo avuto buone opzioni, ma per qualche strano motivo abbiamo avuto poche opzioni in tutta la nostra seconda visita. La prima volta, la prima volta, non ha avuto alcuna idea e ha avuto il disappunto di avere un altro cavolo e un altro formaggio che dovevamo chiedere al personale cosa ci avevamo portato in quel momento. Il nostro primo viaggio avevamo feci e marroni di hash, che pensavamo di ritrovarci, ma non lo facevamo. Per pranzo potevamo solo avere chip, perché tutti i menu mostravano molte opzioni di carne e niente di più. È molto difficile accettare il cambiamento del nostro mondo e quante persone potrebbero essere glutine libere o allergiche, ma si sforzarebbero di dire, davvero spero che gli hotel offrirebbero un menu migliore per tutti a scegliere non solo carne e vegetariani.

In primo luogo, la posizione geografica dell'hotel è eccellente, il supermercato, gli acquisti e la stazione possono camminare per tre minuti.In secondo luogo, il ristorante della sua famiglia è al XIII piano e può godere di bellezze quando si mangia.Le strutture e l'igiene sono buone!

Quando si soggiorna all'hotel e si desidera andare al centro della città, seguire il percorso a destra quando si esce la porta principale e seguirlo verso il tunnel che vi porterà sotto il suolo sotto la strada principale e vi condurrà in sicurezza al centro. Non ci sono altri viaggi per arrivare all'hotel. La camera era pulita ogni giorno e il personale era molto amichevole.L'unica questione che avevamo era che il colazione era costoso. Il centro di Wi-Fi è stato molto amichevole e efficiente, l'hotel si trova in una posizione ideale e si trova letteralmente solo sulla strada dallo Stadio PSV Eindhovens. A soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di autobus, che è grande se si arriva il numero 400 autobus all'aeroporto di Eindhoven o da esso.

Struttura nuova, molto accogliente e vicinissima al centro. La camera era arredata con gusto e molto confortevole. Non manca nulla, c'è anche la macchina nespresso (e da buon italiani abbiamo portato le cialde) e il frigobar vuoto per poterci mettere le proprie cose. Letto comodissimo. Personale molto gentile nonostante la mia pochissima conoscenza dell'inglese. Consigliatissimo!
