We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and big. Nice small rooftop terrace and a small bar/fridge downstairs with beers and other drinks. The best part of our stay was the lovely breakfast. You could see and feel that the hosts put a lot of love into the breakfast!

Comfy, spotless and charming motel. Breakfast was really well done and delicious. Bed was comfy. Property is well maintained and modern. Quiet street when we stayed on a Tuesday night in April. Great value and would definitely stay again.

Sehr schön geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit einem modernen Bad. Buchung ging einfach und schnell. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen. Habe schon fürs nächste Jahr gebucht und freue mich jetzt schon auf ein Wiedersehen.

Äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, nachdem es Probleme mit der Buchung gab, was nicht die Schuld des Hotels war. Das Personal hat sich für alle Anliegen Zeit genommen und sich toll eingesetzt. Danke dafür. Die Zimmer sind wirklich klasse, insbesondere die Apartments sind ein Traum. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Sehr schönes Hotel ,Mitarbeiter unglaublich lieb .wobei ich denke das sie nicht so ganz aus freien Stücken so nett sind .hatte eine Frage an die Chefin die ihr nicht so ganz gefiel da habe ich das wahre Gesicht des Hotels kennengelernt .Meine letzten 2 Tage sind versaut worden. Danke dafür .Aber die Fürsorge der Mitarbeiter ist rührend. Danke. EGAL OB FREIWILLIG ODER NICHT.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal und immer hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!! Es ist ein wunderschönes kleineres Hotel mit sehr schönem Ambiente. Das Zimmer sehr sauber und themengerecht ausgestattet.

Fantastisch vriendelijke eigenaars fris hotel zeer goed onbijt en fijne kamer met balkon en de motor kan in de garage 2de keer dat ik hier ben top dus ook leuk dat er div restaurantjes in de straat zitten en een oud kasteel top locatie hier

Vriendelijke en behulpzame uitbaters. We waren met groep van 12 MTB-vrienden om over drie dagen de Eifel te ontdekken. Ideale uitvalbasis in een prachtige omgeving. Goede en propere kamers met alle faciliteiten. Top ontbijt !

wir haben ein Wochenende in Heimbach verbracht und waren zu Gast im Art Hotel Heimbach. Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Es wurde auf individuelle Wünsche eingegangen und das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut und vielseitig. Serviert wurde alles auf einer Etagere die keine Wünsche offen lies. Das hat den Vorteil das man nicht ständig zu einem Buffet rennen muss. Es wurde immer noch nachgefragt ob man noch einen Wunsch hat. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall sein Geld wert.
