"The hotel is very tastefully decorated. The reception is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, you are not informed that if you stay for 4 days, the room will not be cleaned or the towels changed unless you ask for it. It is a shame that hotels now see this as standard. At the beginning there was a drinks voucher and now nothing is done and the guest has to ask for everything like a supplicant and that even with higher room prices. Tip: you get a bathrobe for the sauna... you just have to ask at reception 😉"

"Nessuna istruzione per l'iscrizione. Infatti, è necessario andare all'hotel "Heilbronner Hotel am schönen Theater" registrare e pagare, poi andare alla "Heilbronner Pension am schönen Theater" a 200 m. L'ingresso è effettuato da una corte posteriore poco impegnativa (spazzatura). L'autoregistratore non funziona. La vasta camera n. 15 (4 letti semplici) è al 4° piano senza ascensore, sotto i tetti (interamente mansarda), da evitare durante la stagione calda: difficile da raffreddare nonostante i 4 veloci e i 2 ventilatori. Il frigo e il wifi non funzionano. Il parcheggio è costoso (8 €), è situato all'Hotel (nessun parcheggio alla Pensione)."
