Il servizio è buono, arriva all'hotel al mattino!

Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Empfang ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider wird man nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass das Zimmer bei einem Aufenthalt von 4 Tagen nicht gereinigt oder die Handtücher getauscht werden, nur wenn man sich drum kümmert. Es ist schade, dass die Hotels dieses mittlerweile als Standard sehen. Am Anfang gab es noch einen Getränke Gutschein und jetzt macht man einfach nichts mehr und der Gast muss nach allem nachfragen wie ein Bittsteller und dass auch noch bei höheren Zimmerpreisen. Tipp, für die Sauna bekommt man einen Bademantel…man muss halt nur an der Rezeption nachfragen 😉

Ciao!! La stanza è molto pulita e ha abbastanza spazio. Sul personale, quando ho controllato l'ultimo agosto 31, 2023 circa 5PM, il personale sul desk front non era AIUTO. So e capisco che lei è un straniero perché sono anche un straniero in Germania. Ma deve agire amichevole e polite. Ma il personale che è responsabile e che mi ha intrattenuto sul desk front in mattinata del 1° settembre è stato molto amichevole e acccomodativo. Allora, in generale, consiglierei questo hotel e gli darò un 10/10stars. Più potere!

La stanza è pulita e spaziosa, cioè il pagamento del parcheggio di 15 euro non è ragionevole. Il cameriere non ha ricordato il pagamento del parcheggio al momento della fattura, che ha portato a essere messo all'uscita e a correre indietro al posto di ricezione per pagare il parcheggio
